Συνδιοργανώθηκε απο το Europe Direct του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς και του Europe Direct Αττικής – Δίκτυο ΠΡΑΞΗ καθώς και απο το Κέντρο Ευρωπαϊκής Τεκμηρίωσης του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς

Στο πλαίσιο της εκδήλωσης ο προσκεκλημένος ομιλητής κύριος Αντώνης Τσαμούλης θα περιγράψει την επαγγελματική του σταδιοδρομία και τις εμπειρίες που απέκτησε ως στέλεχος της Ευρωπαικής Επιτροπής από τη στιγμή που αποφοίτησε από το τμήμα Διεθνών και Ευρωπαϊκών Σπουδών εώς σήμερα.

Σύντομο Βιογραφικό

Ο Αντώνης Τσαμούλης, απόφοιτος (2005) του τμήματος ΔΕΣ του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς είναι εμπειρογνώμονας της Αντιπροσωπείας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης στη Λιβύη, υπεύθυνος για την οικονομική ανάπτυξη. Ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του στη διεθνή αναπτυξιακή συνεργασία το 2008, αφού ολοκλήρωσε μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές από το πανεπιστήμιο London School of Economics. Το 2011 προσχώρησε στις τάξεις της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, και συγκεκριμένα στη Γενική Διεύθυνση Διεύρυνσης της ΕΕ. Εκεί είχε την ευκαιρία να ασχοληθεί με την πολιτική μεταφορών και περιφερειακή ανάπτυξη συμμετέχοντας στις ενταξιακές διαπραγματεύσεις της ΕΕ την Ισλανδία, τη Σερβία, την Τουρκία και το Μαυροβούνιο. Το 2015, εντάχθηκε στον Εκτελεστικό Οργανισμό Καινοτομίας και Δικτύων της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής ως τεχνικός σύμβουλος για την υλοποίηση έργων υποδομής της ΕΕ στον τομέα των θαλάσσιων και συνδυασμένων μεταφορών.

Η ανακοινωση αφορά το άνοιγμα μιας θέσης διδακτορικού φοιτητή (διάρκειας 4 ετών) και μιας μεταδιδακτορικού ερευνητη (διάρκειας 1ος έτους). Το θέμα σχετίζεται με τα θεμέλια της βαθιάς μηχανικής μάθησης για δομημένα προβλήματα (graph and geometric deep learning) και με την χρήση των νευρωνικών δικτύων σε αλγοριθμικά προβλήματα (neural algorithmic reasoning). Τελετή Ορκωμοσίας ΠΜΣ Ναυτιλία και

MSc in Sustainability and Quality in Marine Industry

Την Δευτέρα 20 Σεπτεμβρίου 2021, στο ΣΕΦ πραγματοποιήθηκε η τελετή ορκωμοσίας των αποφοίτων του  Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών (ΠΜΣ) στη Ναυτιλία και του MSc Sustainability and Quality in Marine Industry, του Tμήματος Ναυτιλιακών Σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς, παρουσία φορέων της αυτοδιοίκησης και του επιχειρηματικού και ναυτιλιακού κόσμου. O Υπουργός Ναυτιλίας και Νησιωτικής Πολιτικής Ιωάννης Πλακιωτάκης εξέφρασε τη χαρά του για την παρουσία του στην ορκωμοσία των αποφοίτων χαρακτηρίζοντας το Τμήμα ένα από τα ιστορικότερα και σημαντικότερα στη χώρα καθώς είναι συνδεδεμένο με την πραγματική οικονομία και τις ανάγκες της ναυτιλίας. Οι απόφοιτοι του δικαίως απολαμβάνουν υψηλότατο ποσοστό απορρόφησης από την Ελληνική ναυτιλιακή κοινότητα καθώς χαρακτηρίζονται από επαγγελματισμό, αρτιότητα γνώσεων και ευσυνειδησία. Διαδοχικά χαιρέτισαν τους αποφοίτους ο Πρύτανης του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς Άγγελος Κότιος, ο Αντιπρόεδρος του Ναυτικού Επιμελητηρίου Ελλάδος Γιώργος Αλεξανδράτος, ο Κοσμήτορας της  Σχολής Ναυτιλίας και Βιομηχανίας Άγγελος Παντουβάκης, ο Αναπληρωτής Πρόεδρος του Τμήματος Ναυτιλιακών Σπουδών Ευστράτιος Παπαδημητρίου , η Διευθύντρια του MSc Sustainability and Quality in Marine Industry Φανή Σακελλαριάδου και η Διευθύντρια του ΠΜΣ Ναυτιλία Μαρία Μποϊλέ. Η Διευθύντρια του ΠΜΣ Ναυτιλία Καθηγήτρια Μαρία Μποϊλέ ευχαρίστησε τους Επίσημους προσκεκλημένους για την παρουσία τους και τη συμμετοχή τους στην Τελετή Καθομολόγησης των αποφοίτων και τόνισε ότι το Τμήμα Ναυτιλιακών Σπουδών θα συνεχίσει τη στενή συνεργασία του με τους εκπροσώπους της Ναυτιλιακής Αγοράς με στόχο αφενός μεν η εκπαίδευση των μεταπτυχιακών φοιτητών να ανταποκρίνεται στα υψηλά πρότυπα στελεχών που έχει ανάγκη η ναυτιλιακή αγορά και  αφετέρου δε οι απόφοιτοι να συνεχίσουν να έχουν υψηλές προοπτικές στο σημαντικό αυτό εργασιακό τομέα. Η Πρόεδρος του Σταδίου Ειρήνης και Φιλίας, κ. Χριστίνα Τσιλιγκίρη, εξέφρασε τη χαρά της για την επιλογή του αμφιθεάτρου «Μελίνα Μερκούρη» για την τελετή ορκωμοσίας των αποφοίτων του μεταπτυχιακού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιώς. «Το Στάδιο Ειρήνης και Φιλίας είναι πολύ περισσότερο από ένας χώρος άθλησης και η σύμπραξη με το Πανεπιστήμιο της πόλης μας είναι ελπιδοφόρα για την ανάδειξη του Πειραιά σε πύλη πολιτισμού.» Επίσημοι προσκεκλημένοι ήταν οι Ευάγγελος Κυριαζόπουλος, Γενικός Γραμματέας Λιμένων Λιμενικής Πολιτικής και Ναυτιλιακών Επενδύσεων, Δημήτρης Καρύδης Αντιδήμαρχος Πειραιά,  Αντώνης Βενιέρης, Πρόεδρος Διεθνούς Ναυτικής Ένωσης, Έλπη Πετράκη, Πρόεδρος WISTA Hellas, Δημήτρης Ματθαίου, Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος Arcadia Shipmanagement Co. Ltd. (Διδάσκων του ΠΜΣ Ναυτιλία), Νικόλαος Ροδόπουλος, Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος OnLine Data SA (Διδάσκων του ΠΜΣ Ναυτιλία),  Νικόλαος Πενθερουδάκης, Επίτιμος Πρόεδρος HSA (Διδάσκων του ΠΜΣ Ναυτιλία) και Δανάη Μπεζαντάκου, Διευθύνουσα Σύμβουλος Navigator Shipping Consultants Ltd. Η τελετή πληρούσε όλες τις προϋποθέσεις του νόμου για τον περιορισμό της διάδοσης του CoVID-19.
