Το διαδικτυακό σεμινάριο «Η επίδραση του τρόπου σκέψης στην καθημερινότητα: Μαθαίνω να διαχειρίζομαι τις αρνητικές μου σκέψεις», διάρκειας 120 λεπτών, θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω της πλατφόρμας Big Blue Button την Πέμπτη 18/11/2021, 14:00-16:00. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/-ες φοιτητές/φοιτήτριες θα δηλώνουν συμμετοχή μέσω της ιστοσελίδας accessibility.unipi.gr και θα τους αποστέλλεται ένα αυτοματοποιημένο email με το link στο οποίο θα μπορούν να παρακολουθήσουν το σεμινάριο.
Τα μέσα και οι τεχνικές διεξαγωγής του σεμιναρίου αποτελούνται από παρουσίαση PowerPoint, διάλογο, βίντεο και βιωματικές ασκήσεις. Ο μέγιστος αριθμός των συμμετεχόντων/συμμετεχουσών θα είναι δέκα άτομα.
Οι στόχοι και τα προσδοκώμενα αποτελέσματα για τους/τις συμμετέχοντες/ συμμετέχουσες είναι: α) η απόκτηση γνώσης σχετικά με την επίδραση που έχει ο τρόπος σκέψης στην καθημερινότητα, β) η εκμάθηση τρόπων αναγνώρισης των διεργασιακών παραποιήσεων στον τρόπο σκέψης, γ) η εκμάθηση συγκεκριμένων τεχνικών με σκοπό την υιοθέτησης ενός πιο ρεαλιστικού και λειτουργικού τρόπου σκέψης.
