Our company is a Start-Up in the area of high tech mobile telephony accessories, developing and commercializing a worldwide unique product, seeking for young talent to work as Sales Consultants, to speedily boost sales of our product range and expand our customer base.
The job:
The successful incumbent will,
- Email personalized content to potential customers
- Intelligently “decode” customers’ needs and wants and customize approach
- Tailor communication content according to target customer characteristics
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product range so as to be able to present in detail and answer to questions
- Closely cooperate with the development and service teams in order to inform them about customer feed-back on potential product faults or suggested improvements.
- Develop and establish “partnership” relations with customers
- Regularly follow-up on potential customers
- Monitor, document and standardize successful processes and share with the sales consultants team
- Develop techniques to handle and overcome “customer resistance”
- Follow through the whole process from first contact to order and delivery of the product to secure delivery of what’s been “promised”
- Monitor performance and handle reporting
- Meet set sales targets
