We are looking for an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, Marketing Assistant to assist the Firm in its overall marketing efforts, communications and media profile. Main duties / key accountabilities:
  • Assisting with website & intranet maintenance and constant improvement;
  • Assisting with the editing and formatting of newsletters & newsflashes;
  • Promotion of firm’s news on social media and via email (Mailchimp);
  • Contributing to all the client-facing and corporate events, from inception to delivery – logistics, preparation of invitations and invitee lists, circulation of materials and internal and external communications;
  • Assisting with preparation and collection of information for submissions to legal ranking publications (including Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR);
  • Updating and maintaining attorney profiles on Chambers, Legal500 and similar;
  • Supporting the management of the firm’s digital media/LinkedIn; development of the firm’s social media strategy and implementation;
  • Creative work (banners, leaflets, brochures, roll ups etc.) for the participation in conferences;
  • Assisting with the design and preparation of Firm’s presentations (PowerPoint etc.);
  • Running competitor analysis and remain aware of developments in the legal industry internationally;
  • Working with external providers, such as graphic designers, printing houses, publishers, conference organizers, negotiating relevant agreements, following up with the timely delivery of the work, etc.;
  • Providing administrative support to the department, but not limited to, coordinating the tracking and reporting on marketing, communication, and business development activities.

Education and Experience:

  • Technical savvy in terms of analytics and research;
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems, digital marketing, content marketing and social media – basic graphic design skills are a plus;
  • Very good knowledge of Mailchimp email management system;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Outlook, Teams) and Canva.

  • Κατανέμει, επιβλέπει και συντονίζει τις καθημερινές εργασίες των εργαζομένων της αποθήκης.
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για τη σωστή διαχείριση των εργαζομένων της αποθήκης, προγραμματίζει ημέρες, ώρες εργασίας και άδειες των εργαζομένων.
  • Συντονίζει και μεριμνά για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της αποθήκης (διαδικασία παραλαβής – αποθήκευσης προϊόντων, εκτέλεσης παραγγελιών, φόρτωση εμπορευμάτων) τηρώντας τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες.
  • Παρακολουθεί τους δείκτες απόδοσης της αποθήκης (KPI’s).
  • Δίνει αναφορές για τα αποτελέσματα μέσω Συστημάτων Διαχείρισης Αποθήκης (WMS).
  • Επικοινωνεί με τον υπεύθυνο της αποθήκης και συντονίζει ενέργειες επίλυσης λειτουργικών και οργανωτικών προβλημάτων.
  • Παρακολουθεί τη σωστή τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας του προσωπικού της αποθήκης.
Γνώσεις και Δεξιότητες:
  • Πτυχίο ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ με ειδίκευση στα Logistics θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Προϋπηρεσία 2-3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση κατά προτίμηση σε 3PL εταιρεία ή σε οργανωμένη αποθήκη
  • Εμπειρία σε συστήματα ERP, WMS και Ms Office
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

As a “Bid Manager – Proposal Writer”, you will play a crucial role in the development of successful proposals and bids for various EU funding programs, including E+, Horizon, AMIF, CERV, and private donor funds. Your focus will be on the social sector, with an emphasis on education, migration, human rights protection, employment and social economy, health promotion, green economy, culture, and health promotion. Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for the entire proposal development process, from identifying funding opportunities to finalizing and submitting your assigned proposal(s).
  • Conduct in-depth research on funding programs, guidelines and eligibility criteria to ensure alignment of proposals with specific requirements.
  • Write, edit, and proofread proposals and documents, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with program guidelines, and highlighting KMOP’s added value, impact, and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and input, including project managers, subject matter experts, and finance professionals.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with potential partners, programme authorities, and external stakeholders to gather support and strengthen collaborative efforts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the social sector, staying updated on relevant trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Support the post-submission process, including attending debriefings, concluding contractualization, and addressing any follow-up questions or requests for additional information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as international relations, social sciences, or a related discipline). A PhD will be considered a strong asset.
  • Proven experience and successful track record in developing proposals and securing grants from EU funding programs and private donor funds.
  • Near-native use of English and excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, clear, and concise proposals, tailored to specific funding programs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure compliance with funding guidelines and eligibility criteria.
  • Strong knowledge of the social sector and familiarity with the fields of education, migration, human rights protection, employment and social economy, health promotion, green economy, culture, and health promotion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, meet deadlines and gracefully manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidate partners, programme authorities, and stakeholders.
