About the Role

We are seeking a motivated People and Skills Advocate to join our Human Resources function within the Department of Supporting Services. This is a full time role that does not require significant work experience but requires relevant academic training. In this role you will support all human resources related issues with a focus in the development of our people and their skills. Your area of responsibility will include recruitment, skills development, performance reviews, employee engagement and satisfaction and consulting engagement scheduling. You will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Lead. As a member of our corporate services team you will be based at the RF Business Hub located in the city of Patras close to all the amenities that the commercial center has to offer.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the below listed minimum qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Philosophy, Psychology or related discipline from a top tier Greek or International University (graded at least GR: 7/10 – GPA:3.6/4, UK:2:1, or be at the top 15% of your graduation year);
  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline from a top tier Greek or International University;
  • Eagerness to learn and desire to work in a highly structured professional environment;
  • Exceptional communication and team work skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability;
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with applications of the MS-Office suite; and
  • Perfect fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.

The following qualifications will be appreciated:

  • Familiarity with the Greek and EU Labor Law; and
  • Up to two years of experience in the HR function of a structured organization.
