The role is for the Performance Management Office within the Analysis and Performance Management Business Area.

The Performance Management Office responsibilities are:

i) to partner with the Business Units to establish clear and measurable targets that are aligned with the Bank’s strategic goals and

ii) to assess the financial and operational performance of those Business Units, ensuring
execution of the Bank’s Strategy. The Performance Management Office consists of two core
pillars: 1) Balanced Scorecards and 2) Business Coverage.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with Business Units to translate the Bank’s objectives into quantifiable
    targets.
  • Monitor and manage performance across a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in
    order to help the Bank achieve its strategic goals.
  • Assist in building the scorecard reporting system and manage how data is collected,
    validated and distributed.
  • Organize and prepare material for the performance review meetings, record attendees
    and keep minutes.
  • Analyze data and provide insightful updates to the Senior Management regarding
    strategy execution.

What you need to have

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or
    Engineering.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or in a related field of study would be desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
  • Good use of MS Office applications is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data and to propose meaningful recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to set priorities and to work well within a team.
