Η ομάδα του Hiring Solutions του Kariera.gr, αναζητά για λογαριασμό πελάτη, υπερ-πολυτελούς ξενοδοχειου, στην Σαντορίνη:
Hotel Manager
Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα επιβλέπει τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του ξενοδοχείου και του προσωπικού με σκοπό την εύρυθμη και ομαλή λειτουργία του. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
  • Δημιουργεί το πλάνο προσλήψεων της επόμενης σαιζόν (κόστος μισθοδοσίας, περίοδος εργασίας, δύναμη τμημάτων) σε συνεργασία με τους προϊσταμένους των τμημάτων και λαμβάνει μέρος στη διαδικασία επιλογής προσωπικού
  • Καθοδηγεί τους προϊσταμένους των τμημάτων και ορίζει στόχους ανά τμήμα στον καθένα
  • Συμμετέχει στη δημιουργία του Budget των εσόδων/εξόδων σε συνεργασία με τον Γενικό Διευθυντή (P&L επόμενης σαιζόν
  • Ασχολείται με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες, όπως προμηθευτές, ταξιδιωτικούς πράκτορες, κλπ
  • Ελέγχει τις εγκαταστάσεις συχνά ώστε να τηρούνται αυστηρά οι κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
  • Φροντίζει οι επιμέρους λειτουργίες και δραστηριότητες του ξενοδοχείου να είναι σε απόλυτη αρμονία με την κουλτούρα και τις πολιτικές του Ομίλου
  • Διαχείριση πιστοποιήσεων και βραβείων του ξενοδοχείου σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα Marketing
  • Καταγραφή αναγκών εξοπλισμού των τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου σε συνεργασία με τους προισταμένους και πραγματοποίηση των αντίστοιχων αγορών
  • Συνεργασία με τον Γενικό Διευθυντή σε θέματα πωλήσεων και Κρατήσεων
  • Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών λογιστηρίου σε συνεργασία με το αντίστοιχο παράρτημα στη Σαντορίνη
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 έτη σε διοικητική θέση σε ξενοδοχείο
  • Πτυχίο σχολής (AEI,TEI) με κατεύθυνση σπουδών Τουριστικά, Ξενοδοχειακά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικά.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (πτυχίο Proficiency)
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και ξενοδοχειακών προγραμμάτων
Επιθυμητά προσόντα:
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε άλλες θέσεις σε ξενοδοχείο
  • Επιπλέον ξένες γλώσσες (γαλλικά, γερμανικά)
  • Μεταπτυχιακό σχετικό με τον τομέα του Τουρισμού
  • Προϋπηρεσία στη Σαντορίνη

  • Σύνταξη και υποβολή προτάσεων συγχρηματοδοτούμενων/ επιδοτούμενων έργων που προκηρύσσονται από ελληνικούς φορείς και από φορείς της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης στους τομείς ενίσχυσης των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων, αναδιοργάνωσης φορέων δημόσιας διοίκησης, απασχόλησης / ανάπτυξης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, αγροτικής ανάπτυξης, κοινωνικής πολικής, περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης, ΤΠΕ κλπ .
  • Σύνταξη και υποβολή επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων για χρηματοδότηση μέσω ΕΣΠΑ (ΕΠΑνΕΚ, ΕΤΑΚ, Leader, κλπ.), Αναπτυξιακού Νόμου, Πρόγραμμα Δημοσίων Επενδύσεων και λοιπών χρηματοδοτικών εργαλείων.
  • Διαχείριση της υλοποίησης των εγκριθέντων έργων
  • Συνδρομή στην ανάπτυξη νέων δραστηριοτήτων και συνεργασιών της εταιρείας.
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα / δεξιότητες
  • Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΑΕΙ στις οικονομικές/πολιτικές ή διοικητικές επιστήμες. Επιθυμητή η κατοχή μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών.
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών στην παροχή υπηρεσιών Συμβούλου Διαχείρισης Εθνικών και Ευρωπαϊκών Συγχρηματοδοτούμενων/ Επιδοτούμενων Προγραμμάτων (ΕΣΠΑ, LEADER, HORIZON, INTERREG, COSME κλπ.)
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία στην συγγραφή και υποβολή φακέλου προσφοράς για διαγωνισμούς του Δημοσίου. Επιθυμητή η γνώση ηλεκτρονικής υποβολής προσφορών μέσω του Εθνικού Συστήματος Ηλεκτρονικών Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων (Ε.Σ.Η.Δ.Η.Σ.)
  • Εμπειρία στην εκπόνηση επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων. Επιθυμητή η γνώση καταχώρησης στοιχείων στο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων (Π.Σ.Κ.Ε.)
  • Ικανότητα συγγραφής παραδοτέων/ αναφορών/ μελετών.

Candidates should have;
  • a bachelor’s degree or higher in a field relevant to the area to which they are applying

Στόχος είναι η ανάδειξη εφαρμογών πράσινης καινοτομίας που συμβάλλουν στην αντιμετώπιση των μεγάλων περιβαλλοντικών προκλήσεων της εποχής μας και συνεισφέρουν στον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό και την αναβάθμιση των υπηρεσιών του Υπουργείου.
