📣 Διαδικτυακό Πρόγραμμα Mentoring για Νέες Γυναίκες
Ο Σοροπτιμιστικός Όμιλος Ηρακλείου «Αρετούσα» ξεκινά δωρεάν διαδικτυακό Πρόγραμμα Μentoring για φοιτήτριες, πρόσφατες απόφοιτες και νέες επαγγελματίες.
Μέσα από το Πρόγραμμα, οι συμμετέχουσες (mentees) θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να λάβουν καθοδήγηση από έμπειρες επαγγελματίες (mentors), να συζητήσουν επιλογές σταδιοδρομίας, να αναπτύξουν επαγγελματικές δεξιότητες και να διευρύνουν το επαγγελματικό τους δίκτυο.
Το πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται κυρίως σε φοιτήτριες, πρόσφατες απόφοιτες και νέες επαγγελματίες που επιθυμούν να λάβουν υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση στην αρχή της επαγγελματικής τους διαδρομής.
