Junior Accountant
The Dot & Co Ltd insurance brokers with 35 years presence in the Greek Market and specialization in the Marine / Cargo insurance is looking for a Junior Accountant.
The position of Junior Accountant will support accounting and collections departments (external outsourced) with daily tasks like accounts payable/receivable, support month-end closing, collections handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions
- Reconciliations: Bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing invoices and payments (web banking)
- Reporting Support: Assisting with monthly management reporting and data extraction.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years, with experience in bookkeeping and collections will be considered a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills, professionalism, reliability and accountability.
