We are seeking a driven Business Operations Automation Associate to empower our Internal Firm Services and other Business Units.  This role, reporting to the Business Operations Transformation Manager, will be pivotal in the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Analytic Process Automation (APA), and comprehensive documentation strategies to optimize our firm’s daily operations.

As a key change agent, you’ll combine technical expertise and analytical skills to deliver robust automation solutions. You’ll immerse yourself in the design, development, and testing phases of automation projects to ensure our solutions exceed expectations.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

  • Process Analysis & Automation: Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and spearhead automation initiatives. Meticulously analyze existing procedures, evaluate automation feasibility, redesign processes, and implement automation solutions.
  • Solution Design & Development: Contribute to the design of innovative automated processes, considering diverse solutions under the guidance of senior team members. Implement and extensively test automation solutions using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and confidently articulate automated solutions and proposals to our internal clients, especially when substantial process changes are involved.
  • Operational Support: Provide hands-on support for process debugging, maintenance, and implementation.
  • Documentation Excellence: Create thorough and transparent documentation (automation manuals, process guidelines, business requirements, etc.) with the support and oversight of senior colleagues.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent academic record from a Greek or foreign top-tier university relevant to Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest in process improvement and automation technologies (RPA, APA).
  • Prior experience in RPA is not required, but candidates with some experience will be given preference.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
  • Military obligations fulfilled
