HR Rewards Coordinator

L’Oréal Hellas is looking to hire on a project basis an HR Rewards Coordinator with a one-year contract to support our Rewards department.

You will be responsible for supporting HR Rewards processes and other reporting as well as analytical tasks.

You will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative duties ensuring the processing and reporting of HC, HR Costs, and finance data in an efficient and productive way while conforming to labor laws.

  • Responsible to execute all onboarding, change of situation & offboarding tasks
  • Handle all benefit follow up admin procedures
  • Collaborate with accounting department
  • Updating internal HR databases in local applications
  • Updating and processing monthly HR reports
  • Follow up of HR Costs
  • Assist in the development of modern and agile HR processes

(ie HR bot, Automate onboarding process, etc ..)

  • Participate in HR Payroll Project (database cleaning, database migration)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, VBA, database)
  • Knowledge in Power Bi is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
