We are currently recruiting for a Sales Analyst Trainee who will support our sales Department, based in our headquarters in Paiania – Attica.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Sales Forecast, Sales Projection and Annual Planning processes
- Create guides and documentations on the processes operated by the Sales Analysts
- Assist the Sales Analysts to refresh regular reports
- Create reports and data collection spreadsheets
- Coordinate regular and ad-hoc data collections from the Sales Team
- Send reminders on regular and ad-hoc reporting tasks
- Provide reporting support to the Sales Team
- Participate in system developments and testing
- Do data uploads to business systems
- Take over administrative tasks from Sales Partner Managers to allow them to spend more time on the field
- Enhance Partner Data management by doing data collection and data cleaning in sales systems
- Generate status reports and metric reports on specific partner and sales programs
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrate teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence
- Interact with all levels of management; communicate effectively verbally and through email
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Punctuality and great attention to details is a must
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be adaptable to change management within processes and/or applications
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships
- Able to solve problems through research and analytical skills
- Structured thinking and data driven mindset
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Finance, Accounting, Business Administration studies are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers and subject matter experts
