GS Maritime Co. Ltd is looking to hire for the position of the “Assistant Accountant

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Recording invoices & payments in Benefit Software
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics/Finance or Accounting  Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office with focus on Excel
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Familiarity with software applications such as Benefit and WTelix will be considered as a plus
