Main Purpose:

To ensure proper handling of invoices basis agreed contracts and services rendered.
Update of accounting and monitoring software, communication internally and externally with regards to invoices handled.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

  • Educated to degree level
  • FLUENT in English
  • Someone who is organised, careful, pays attention to detail, able to work in a high-pressured environment, dealing with a range of high priority issues

Technical knowledge preferable to include:

  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Strong Excel capabilities, Analytics (QV, Power BI)
  • Understanding of contract terms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely invoices checking and payment
  • External counterparties’ handling
