The Firm Wide Risk Management team at our Internal Firm Services, is now proceeding with the recruitment of a Junior Firm Wide Risk Management Professional (Graduate) based in Athens.
As a member of the Firm wide Risk Management (“FW RM”) function, and especially of the Ethics & Business Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Insider Trading team, you will contribute to the Firm’s compliance with PwC network standards and policies.
Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team
- Monitoring and supporting the maintenance of the team’s established internal communication resources, policies, procedures, processes, certifications and other tools
- Performing compliance (and other) tests relevant to network standards
- Supporting FW RM team by preparing reports and other required documentation
- Participating in the preparation of presentations, reports, training material, risk assessments & action plans
- Working collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with the team to bring efficiencies and exploit technology opportunities
- Participating in communications and calls with PwC’s Global team
- Contributing to the effective operation of the Firm’s Ethics Helpline
What we are looking for
- Degree related to business studies or equivalent
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and G-Suite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – use of other data analysis tools (eg Alteryx/Power BI) is considered a plus
- Eager to upgrade their digital skills
- Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- An inquisitive nature which is inclined to investigate, identify issues, and solve problems
- Ability to exercise professional judgment in performing the tasks assigned
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to a new or changing environment
- Positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with internal clients at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
