Within our consulting practice in Greece, we have established a Business Process Excellence team helping clients understand, reimagine and continuously improve their business processes through business-led, technology enabled approaches that deliver tangible benefits. Our team supports companies in the Financial Services Sector and beyond in their transformation journey from strategy to execution to achieve superior customer experience and operational excellence.

What we are looking for
- Self-motivation for continuous learning and development and a strong desire to work on multidisciplinary teams and projects.
- 0-1 year of previous working experience preferably within a professional services environment.
- Excellent academic background from a top-tier university with a background in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Exceptional collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.
- Commitment to providing high quality work.
- Critical thinking, agility and an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
