The Intern will join the Activation team part of the demand (marketing) team in Mars South Europe cluster, located in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the execution & localization of annual activation plan.
- Lead production & distribution of generic & tailor-made POP materials in close partnership with the agency.
- Support in the deployment of digital activity plan per customer.
- Lead production of digital artworks, working closely with the agency & customers’ digital team.
- Support in all 2nd displays projects & lead the delivery of 2nd displays in the warehouse.
- Update 2nd displays catalogue quarterly & share with the sales team.
- Organize & coordinate deliveries & collections of all permanent displays, collaborating strongly with the warehouse & the sales team.
- Monitor on a weekly basis stock reports of cardboard & permanent displays.
- Support in the organization & execution of promoting & sampling plan in customers’ stores.
- Monitor competitors’ activities via dedicated platform & prepare monthly report.
- Adjustment of new launches packshots based on customers specifications
Candidate Profile
Bachelor in Marketing or any other Business Field
Good use of Excel
Precision and analytical skills
Speed of execution & flexibility
Good communication and team working skills
Fluency in English (C2 level)
