Business Need / Purpose of Role:

Temporary position

Operation emergency center, providing travel assistance services to travelers and expatriates

Objectives & Measurement – Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the customers in the most efficient way, very fast

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in assistance services is an asset

Education, Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses:

Education/Experience:

  • English Language excellent knowledge
  • English Language degree
  • French Language very good knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of PC applications / Word, Excell, Internet, Power point
