TMS Cardiff Gas Ltd, is currently looking to recruit an Assistant who will perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties in order to ensure smooth operation and promote Company’s positive image to the external environment.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Travel Coordination and Arrangements
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Forward vessel’s documentation on board
  • Prepare the relevant transmittal letters
  • Collect Master’s receipt confirmations
  • Monitor all incoming messages relevant to the Company Departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position in a Shipping company
