We are looking for a capable Sales Consultant to promote our Horizon HR software and get our application through to those HR professionals and companies seeking for the tools needed for accomplishing everyday HR tasks in a powerful, yet easy-to-use and cost-efficient platform.

The job:

We are seeking for young talent to work as Sales Consultants, to speedily boost sales of our product range and expand our customer base.

What will the successful incumbent do:

  • Address personalized communication to potential customers through emailing. Tailor communication content according to target customer characteristics.
  • Establish contact with new prospect clients through “cold telephone calls”.
  • Regularly follow-up on potential customers, in an organized manner.
  • Intelligently “decode” customers’ needs and requirements and accordingly customize approach and presentation delivery & content of the software functionality.
  • Develop techniques to handle and overcome “customer resistance”.
  • Be willing to undergo rigorous training on the software so to acquire in-depth knowledge of the product and become capable of smoothly operating and demonstrating it, in order to be able to present it in detail and address challenging inquiries.
  • Have a broad understanding of business in general and particularly of the HR function.
  • Be able to put herself/himself in the “customer’s shoes” and serve as a consultant, tailoring the software’s unmatched capabilities to the customer’s distinct requirements.
  • Develop and establish a “partnership” relationship with the customer.
  • Be “the face” of Horizon365 to the customer and their liaison during the installation and transition phase and the first stages of the software’s operation.
  • Closely cooperate with the development and service teams of Horizon365 in order to transfer back customer feed-back on potential product faults or suggested improvements.
  • Follow through the whole process, from established contact to order and delivery of the product, to secure delivery of “what’s been promised”.
  • Monitor performance and handle reporting
  • Meet set sales targets

 

Candidate profile:

The right incumbent must be,

  • “Hungry” for reaching out to and activating new customers and generating sales. Fast!
  • Confident and excited about the software’s capabilities and potential.
  • Savvy about digital technology and ground-braking innovation.
  • Ambitious
  • Self-motivated.
  • Not afraid of taking initiatives.
  • Communicative, both in oral and written communication.
  • Well organised.
  • Flexible and adaptive.
  • Team player.
  • Willing to work in a fast paced, continuously evolving environment.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • A Business Administration graduate, with an HR, Marketing or Sales major.
