Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between clients, brokers, accountants, and banks. You will be responsible for all insurance documentation for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic.
  • Assist clients and brokers.
  • Assist in handling documentation and keeping accounts.
  • Order office supplies and provide inventory control system.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work

 

Education and experience

  • The candidate should have a university degree
  • Work experience in the shipping industry is not a requirement
  • Good with numbers

 

The candidate should be able to start as soon as possible.
