Job description:

NN Hellas is looking for an HR Generalist to support in the design, development, implementation and administration of HR programs, policies and processes, enabling the execution of NN HR strategy and relevant business plan.

Responsibilities:

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Reward & reporting
  • Staff Cost
  • Comp & Ben survey
  • Salary proposals / comparison with market benchmark etc
  • Support the international mobility process by coordinating expatriates’ issues
  • Responsible for all administrative actions related to internal transfers & promotions
  • Responsible for the administration of the HR Information System (Workday)
  • Responsible for quarterly / annually and ad hoc reporting to NN Hellas depts and NN Group
  • Development of policies and procedures and managing HR administration issues
  • Provide HR support, service and advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner maintaining confidentiality and reliability
  • Involvement in various HR projects

Requirements:

You need to have:

  • BSc in Business Administration / Finance / Economics
  • Excellent knowledge of English (Professional level) and Greek (verbal and writing)
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
