The position entails active involvement in the daily operations of the Commercial function, sourcing, supply chain management, and participating in developing and implementing commercial processes.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Operations Associate will play an active role in the daily operations of the Commercial Department, in order to ensure the timely arrival and preparedness of vehicles for delivery to our customers. The role is for a self-motivated, resourceful and proactive person, able to plan efficiently and problem solve under pressure that will own the smooth operation of the Supply Chain and improve the lives of customers, colleagues, and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the direct point of contact for partners and internal clients regarding sourcing and contracting execution
  • Leading the cross-functional and partner management activity including purchase orders, payments, and operational coordination
  • Maintaining and improving on process and fleet documentation
  • Supporting the sourcing process by documenting offers, orders, and vehicle movements
  • Ensuring consistent information flow across functions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance from a top-tier university
  • Master’s degree in the Supply Chain Management or in a relevant discipline will be considered as an asset
  • Up to 1 year professional experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork mentality
  • Computer literacy
