responsibilities

As an HR Consultancy Advisor you will be responsible for

  • CV sending speculatively and in targeted positions/openings, follow up to openings, informing participants
  • Job sourcing on behalf of Outplacement participants and testing participants to assess personality and skills
  • Assisting Outplacement participants in obtaining new positions more quickly (career counseling & coaching)
  • Assisting Outplacement participants in developing skills and attitude necessary for a successful job search (career counseling & coaching)
  • Counseling Outplacement participants about the psychological effects of job loss and how best to prepare for looking for a new job
  • Leading career counselling and transition projects as well as assessment centers
  • Preparing progress reports on behalf of clients,
  • Keep track of documents (contracts, business agreements, data protection agreements, participants’ CV sending and specific openings) Execute commercial planning, creating contacts and developing networking pillars
  • Support Risesmart in other ad hoc projects (if/when needed)

requirements

The minimum requirements needed for the HR Consultancy Advisor is

  • University and/or Master Degree
  • Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
  • 5 years’ experience (highly preferred) in a similar role/tasks
  • Experience in a fast paced sales driven organization or an HR department with downsizing or restructuring
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
  • You are targets driven and ​thrive on​ the pressure of meeting and driving results
  • You have business understanding & technical aptitude
  • You are organized and manage your time like a professional
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • You need to be passionate, ambitious, results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener and not afraid of hard work
