CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST – CAPITAL H

Capital H is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who will work closely with the Marketing Manager to define and orchestrate all content for physical and digital marketing activities, while he/she will have full ownership of the Social Media Management.

In this role, you will be responsible to create relevant & targeted content for all organic & paid campaigns, aiming to build demand for our company and services at key audiences and personas. You will also be responsible for building and elevating the brand image through all connection points. As part of our team, you will be both a key contributor to the growth of our brands and a leader in our inclusive culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Create inspired content for all Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc) & calendar planning based on marketing calendar and brands’ identity
  • Monitor daily the content calendar and update if needed so that it is aligned with the communication strategy & current affairs
  • Manage all Social Media platforms for the respective properties
  • Build positive Social Media communities that feel part of the brands
  • Engage, reply and/or delegate messages from website live chats & Social Media platforms
  • Be in constant online communication with customers, handling complaints or requests, providing solutions and following up until you have ensured there has been a resolution
  • Attend any event or happening of our properties to produce content
  • Create or edit content as well, for: Email Marketing, Native Articles, Website, Blog/Articles, Presentations, Social Media Paid Ads, Printed Marketing Materials etc, that targets an array of customer types/personas based on marketing plan, priorities & brands identity
  • Provide high-quality and engaging text & visual content for all touch points
  • Provide recommendations for keyword opportunities or create texts, based on SEO insights to improve website & paid ads performance so to meet company goals
  • Be up to date with everything that is happening in the industry as well at competing brands
  • Monitor what is said online about other individual competitive brands as well as Capital H’s brands
  • Work directly with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content & social media management is strategically aligned with corporate goals
  • Bring your own creative ideas on how to improve and manage our social networks
  • Analyze and evaluate social media management results by generating weekly & monthly reports
  • Provide new ideas based on insights & reports

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media & community management, content creation and copyrighting, for an agency or a brand
  • Ability to provide, manage and analyze content across multiple media channels
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, and content mapping to the buyer’s journey
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written & oral)
  • Keen sense of aesthetics
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • High energy, “own it” personality, and ability to thrive in a growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working at an agency with multiple accounts
