DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR – WORKATHLON

Workathlon is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with the group’s senior leadership team to define and orchestrate all physical and digital marketing activities.

In this role, you will build targeted strategies and campaigns to build demand for our company and services at key audiences and personas.

The successful candidate will be well versed in demand generation, content marketing, email and digital campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in service of accelerating pipeline and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for building and elevating the brand, communicating with the media, marketing our business to clients, and managing employee and corporate communications. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital marketing and advertising strategy leveraging all digital tools that both support revenue-generation functions and further product/service penetration in the marketplace.
  • Planning and executing the digital marketing calendar. This includes organic social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, google), email marketing flows, nurture campaigns, flash promotions, lead generation/management, etc.
  • Plan/Write/edit blog articles, presentations, social media posts, newsletter, web content, videos, and advertising copy that targets an array of customer types/personas.
  • Engage, reply to messages, and start conversations with users daily.
  • Provide high-quality and engaging text and visual content for all our social media channels.
  • Build a positive Social Media community that feels part of the brand.
  • Be up to date with everything that is happening in the industry as well at competing brands.
  • Monitor what is said online about other individual competitive brands as well as Workathlon.
  • Be in constant communication with customers & candidates, handling complaints, providing solutions.
  • Work directly with the Business Development Manager to ensure activities such as career day events, partnerships, and marketing efforts are strategically aligned with corporate goals.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid to meet company goals.
  • Increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team.
  • Keep a detailed record of all marketing actions and plans. Generate Weekly and Monthly reporting.
  • Align closely with sales while continually measuring, optimizing, and reporting out on-demand generation efforts to demonstrate material contribution to global pipeline generation.
  • Prepare/edit and deliver any printed promotional material.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience running demand generation and marketing strategies across a broad solution portfolio, and multiple personas.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, and content mapping to the buyer’s journey.
  • Ability to provide, manage and analyse content across multiple media channels.
  • Must be able to comprehend and own all aspects of campaign and program development, in particular messaging and content development.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a track record of successfully interfacing with sales teams.
  • Follows a metrics-driven, analytical approach.
  • High energy, “own it” personality, and ability to thrive in a growth environment.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
