POSITION SUMMARY

FlexCar focuses on providing an innovative service and also an excellent customer experience to its clientele. We are, therefore, looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative, who will join our team and act as a liaison between the company and our customers with the goal of always keeping them satisfied by answering questions, providing accurate information, and addressing potential issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large amount of incoming/ outgoing calls to existing clients and provide customer support on a daily basis regarding fleet-related issues
  • Handle and resolve potential customer complaints by proposing accurate solutions that are in line with companies’ policies and operations
  • Keep track of customer interactions and comments by using CRM platforms and also provide feedback to senior management
  • Build rapport with clientele and establish trusting relationships that are based on respect
  • Perform administrative duties like issuing clients’ contracts, data entry, arranging and scheduling appointments, etc.
  • Act proactively to ensure premium customer satisfaction
  • Act at all times professionally and maintain a positive attitude towards customers
YOUR PROFILE
  • Recent graduate from a top tier University in Greece or abroad in the fields of Marketing, Business, or Economics
  • 1-2 years prior experience in customer service is considered a plus
  • Excellent command of the Greek/ English language (both written and spoken)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders within a startup environment
  • Customer-first mindset and proven ability to commit to your work
  • Computer literacy
  • Love for a varied day with a mix of communications, organization, and customer touchpoints
  • Can act independently, solve problems by yourself and enjoy going the extra mile to make sure our customers are served perfectly
  • Ideally, you are an automotive enthusiast!
