Back Office Assistant Job Opening at Miele Hellas

This is a full-time permanent position. You will report to the Head of Professional BU and work in our HQ at Neo Psychiko. Your objective is to provide administrative assistance to our Sales Professional Team and help us with keeping our high standards on the overall customer experience.

What you ‘ll do with us;

  • Be the point of contact for professional sales inquiries
  • Collect sales data and prepare reports and presentations. Monitor and coordinate the KPIs for the monthly official report of HQ
  • Receive orders for professional appliances, maintain and update order data and client profiles on SAP
  • Liaise with logistics department for the delivery of commodities and notify sales representatives and partners upon receival
  • Issue invoices, monitor payment of orders and payment terms
  • Calculate commissions of partners and notify accounting
  • Manage contracts of providers
  • Ensure department’s compliance with ISO standards
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation for tenders
  • Collaborate with Marketing team for the distribution of advertising material

Hard skills we look for;

  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Familiarity with any ERP System, ideally SAP
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office and Office 365

Soft skills we look for;

  • Hands on attitude and multitasking
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and critical thinking
