Marketing Generalist
Οur company, www.primera-advisors.com, is seeing dynamic growth in the real estate sector.
We are looking to hire a Marketing Generalist who will bring-in enthusiasm, creativity and online technical skills.
The position is based in our Athens city center office.
The role involves the use of various digital platforms and software, to create online and off-line ads and drive promotions and campaigns from design to execution and performance monitoring.
You will seek to increase brand awareness for the Firm, through both traditional and digital channel campaigns, and to enhance our online presence, as measured by impressions, views, click-throughs, SEO and overall conversions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and analyze target groups, demographics, new markets and basic statistics (B2B / B2C)
- Build brand awareness through various media and digital outlets
- Bring forth new ideas for marketing campaigns
- Report on marketing data, analytics and budget spending
- Design and oversee production of ad layouts, flyers and other creative materials
- Deliver project presentations to clients
- Negotiate with external agencies and collaborators
- Work with the Business development team, to implement strategies and optimize results
- Other related tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising or related; MBA preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / InDesign, HTML/CSS and Microsoft Office
- Digital Marketing know-how with emphasis on mobile devices and Social Media, PPC campaigns, AdWords
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and Greek; Additional languages a plus; Chinese or Hebrew shall be of preference
- Using the web, private, and public databases as a resource for mining information
- Experience in website design and content development is highly desirable (visuals, copywriting)
- Ability to plan your own tasks, organize your work and meet deadlines
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
