Candidates must have at least one (1) year of working experience in help desk support/ technical assistance and troubleshooting. Applicants should be able to provide first level support to end-users, technical and troubleshooting assistance, regarding networks and other PC related systems. Enthusiasm, familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems, ability to collaborate with different cross-functional teams, as well as a great “customer service” approach will be highly valued.

Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles is required. Excellent command of the Greek and the English language, both oral and written is mandatory.
