Major Donors Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a Major Donors Fundraising Manager with excellent communication skills, who is a good listener, a motivating and honest person who loves challenges. A person who can build and cultivate meaningful relationships in a professional manner.

Candidates must have at least five (5) years of working experience in the fundraising sector. They must manage and deliver a Major donors

fundraising plan and budget to attract potential or existing donors, domestically and abroad, in order to raise funds for ActionAid’s programs, according to income targets. The role’s key accountabilities include the design and implementation of fundraising campaigns regarding major donors, as well as building and cultivating relationships with high net-worth individuals.

Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and values is required as well. Excellent command of the Greek and the English language, both oral and written is a prerequisite.
