SALES ANALYST / IM-IT SUPPORT

Job Context (the Nature & Scope of the Business)

Company is operating with SAP as integrated IM system. The position should support the business in SAP, being an expert in the area of SD. In this context,  should  be able to communicate any issues and succeed business solutions, in co-operation with the support team of AKZONOBEL.

The system is supporting all the main business areas and is hosted externally in the Netherlands.

In this respect, the position will be responsible for the excellent operation of SD module and relevant reporting, in order to optimize business results by providing state of the art Sales information to relevant stakeholders, thus enabling business decisions and Sales Growth.

Moreover, the right candidate will be responsible for the needed IM/IT support in the country, in close relation with local mgt.

To this end, he/she has to develop effective communication, which should be results-oriented with the relevant IM/IT global organisation in place.

The position will report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Success Factors and experience

  • Three to five years of experience working in information management field  and SAP expertise in SAP SD module:
      • Excellent knowledge of the process «order – delivery – invoicing». Maintaining core customer data, materials. Pricing. Rebates. Hellenization.
      • Knowledge in basic SAP tables.
      • Knowledge in SAP BW Business Explorer. Knowledge in Business Objects will be considered as plus.
  • Other expertise in SAP LE will be appreciated
  • Project management experience, international experience will be appreciated.
  • Experience of working effectively within a team and leading on own initiative.
  • Experience of working with a diverse range of individuals and organization.
  • Understanding and awareness of issues relating to the access and use of information.
  • Experience initiating, planning, documenting, developing, and rolling out projects on time and on budget.
  • Ability to coordinate and consolidate activities between different parties
  • Experience balancing business priorities with technical best practices and implementation methodologies.

Functional Competencies and skills

  • Excellent information technology skills.
  • Very good knowledge of helpdesk PC and Server Support.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Language.
  • Good analytic skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good overall functional knowledge / experience of the business flows of a company.
  • Excellent organization skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and an ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.
  • Quality oriented, well organized, autonomous and reliable.

Other requirements

  • Academic Degree in IT or in Business with further specialization on Information Management
