Σύντομη περιγραφή-Σεμινάριο Διαχείρισης Άγχους, Οκτώβριος 2021 Το Διαδικτυακό Σεμινάριο Διαχείρισης Άγχους, διάρκειας 120 λεπτών, θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω της πλατφόρμας Big Blue Button την Πέμπτη 14/10/2021, 12:00-14:00. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/-ες φοιτητές/φοιτήτριες θα δηλώνουν συμμετοχή μέσω της ιστοσελίδας accessibility.unipi.gr και θα τους αποστέλλεται ένα αυτοματοποιημένο email με το link στο οποίο θα μπορούν να παρακολουθήσουν το σεμινάριο. Τα μέσα διεξαγωγής του σεμιναρίου αποτελούνται από παρουσίαση PowerPoint, διάλογο και βιωματικές ασκήσεις. Ο μέγιστος αριθμός των συμμετεχόντων/ συμμετεχουσών θα είναι δέκα άτομα. Οι στόχοι και τα προσδοκώμενα αποτελέσματα για τους/τις συμμετέχοντες/συμμετέχουσες είναι: α) η απόκτηση γνώσης σχετικά με το τι είναι το άγχος και πώς εκδηλώνεται, β) η ενδυνάμωσή τους, ώστε να είναι πιο αποτελεσματικοί/-ές όσον αφορά στην αντιμετώπισή του και γ) η εκμάθηση συγκεκριμένων τεχνικών διαχείρισης άγχους. Το σεμινάριο λαμβάνει χώρα στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης του Έργου «Κοινωνική Μέριμνα Φοιτητών Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς».
