Associate, Client Service – Fluent in English (Class of May 2022)

• Review and analyze client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project
• Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you’re working on
• Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration
• Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors
• Gain expertise on the various industries our clients work in order to make sure Guidepoint always finds the right experts for a given project

• Bachelor’s degree with high level of academic achievements / Young Professional (m/f) with first working experience
• Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind and „can do“-attitude along with pro-active and results-oriented work style
• Prior experience in executive search, market / business research or management consulting is a plus
• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with individuals at all professional levels
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential; very good knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.) is highly desirable

CONTACT US:

• Liaise with all Lines of Services (Advisory, Assurance, Tax & Legal) to address inquiries & consultations and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders
• Provide support for monitoring processes and procedures of the Independence Office (i.e., Personal Independence Compliance, Training, Compliance with Network Standards, etc)
• Monitor Regulatory developments and changes and collaborate with Regulatory team
• Monitor changes driven by PwC Global and empowerment of communication channels with the Network
• Work collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with team to bring efficiencies and exploit technology opportunities

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Political Sciences, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting and any other relevant field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
• General knowledge of regulatory and business environment
• An inquisitive nature which is inclined to investigate, identify issues, and solve problems
• Ability to exercise professional judgment in performing the tasks assigned
• Ability to implement and adapt to new or changing environment
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a range of key stakeholders
• Strong communication & project management skills
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

• Good understanding of networking concepts such as OSI layers, routing, switching, TCP/IP addressing, NAT, DHCP, MS Windows
• CCNA level network & security certifications will be considered accordingly

• Καλή κατανόηση των πρωτοκόλλων επικοινωνίας (κυρίως TCP/IP) και των πρωτοκόλλων δρομολόγησης (π.χ. BGP, OSPF).
• Καλή εξοικείωση με δικτυακές συσκευές (μεταγωγείς, δρομολογητές) Cisco και λειτουργικό σύστημα IOS (με τις παραλλαγές του).
• Πιστοποίηση (ή στην διαδικασία πιστοποίησης για) Cisco CCNA, ή αντίστοιχου επιπέδου γνώση Cisco.
• Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ισχυρή ικανότητα γρήγορης ανίχνευσης προβλημάτων.
• Ικανότητα εργασίας με μικρή ή καθόλου επίβλεψη.
• Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ικανότητα διαχείρισης του φόρτου εργασίας.
