• Investigate, design and implement big data visualizations to support client requirements and support requests.

• Responsible for the development, review, and implementation of company/ Quality Management Systempolicies, procedures, plans, and work instructions
• Assess the compliance of QMS documentation with the International Standard, regulatory requirements
• Responsible for the scheduling, planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits to ensure QMS and regulatory compliance
• Support the Training Manager in development and delivery of training programs to all departments to ensure compliance to Regulatory Bodies

• Deciding upon claim eligibility by reviewing insurance policy terms and conditions.
• Updates claim reserves through company’s system.

• Co-operating with company’s partner doctors in order to get medical guidelines regarding the correct claim evaluation.
• Communicating (oral or written) with customers and / or major partner client executives in order to:
• Handle complaints and provide explanations of policy terms / claim calculations.
• Ask additional clarifications in order to gather all information necessary for the accurate evaluation of claims.

1. Δημιουργία Εκπαιδευτικού Οδηγού Πρόληψης Αποβλήτων για μαθητές και εκπαιδευτικούς.
2. Δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικής παρουσίασης με θέμα την Πρόληψη δημιουργίας αποβλήτων (powerpoint).
3. Παραγωγή ενημερωτικού φυλλαδίου σχετικά με την πρόληψη δημιουργίας αποβλήτων και πληροφορίες για τις δράσεις του έργου.
4. Δημιουργία αφίσας του έργου «Πρόληψη για Μαθητές».
5. Δημιουργία και προβολή τηλεοπτικού σποτ με θεματικό περιεχόμενο την πρόληψη δημιουργίας αποβλήτων.
6. Υλοποίηση 200 παρουσιάσεων σε σχολικές μονάδες της Α/Θμιας και Β/Θμιας Εκπαίδευσης σε διάφορες περιοχές της Ελλάδας (π.χ. Αττική, Κρήτη, Λάρισα, Ζάκυνθο, Κοζάνη).
7. Υλοποίηση 10 θεματικών εκδηλώσεων σε δήμους (workshops με διαδραστικά παιχνίδια, ενημέρωση για την πρόληψη βασισμένη σε υλικά που χρησιμοποιούν οι μαθητές).
8. Συμμετοχή ΟΕΑ σε πιθανές εκδηλώσεις δικτύωσης του έργου με θεματικό αντικείμενο την πρόληψη δημιουργίας αποβλήτων, στοχεύοντας στη διάχυση της  δραστηριότητας του έργου. Η δικτύωση μπορεί να συμπληρώνεται και με την προβολή του έργου μέσω των μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης.
9. Διαχείριση έργου σε όλη την διάρκεια των 18 μηνών υλοποίησης (οικονομική διαχείριση, παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, προμήθειες, σύνταξη αναφορών κ.α.)

• Επιπρόσθετες σπουδές ή επιμόρφωση σε περιβαλλοντικό αντικείμενο,
• Εμπειρία από συμμετοχή σε ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα,
• Αποδεδειγμένη ενασχόληση με περιβαλλοντικά ή/και κοινωνικά-ανθρωπιστικά θέματα, είτε σε κοινωνικό είτε σε εργασιακό επίπεδο,
• Εργασιακή ή εθελοντική εμπειρία σε ΜΚΟ (ή ειδικά σε περιβαλλοντική ΜΚΟ),
