Πρόγραμμα Οικονομικής Ενίσχυσης Επιμελών φοιτητών/τριών που ανήκουν σε Ευπαθείς Κοινωνικές Ομάδες (ΕΚΟ)- ακαδ. έτος 2018/19

Το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών (I.K.Y), στο πλαίσιο της Πράξης «Πρόγραμμα Οικονομικής Ενίσχυσης Επιμελών φοιτητών/τριών που ανήκουν σε Ευπαθείς Κοινωνικές Ομάδες (ΕΚΟ)- ακαδ. έτος 2018-19» και σε εφαρμογή του Κανονισμού του Προγράμματος (Απόφαση 99166/Ζ1/20-6- 2019, ΦΕΚ 2555/B/27-6-2019) προκηρύσσει 3.771 προπτυχιακές υποτροφίες σε επιμελείς φοιτητές/τριες που σπουδάζουν σε όλα τα Τμήματα/Σχολές των ΑΕΙ της χώρας και ανήκουν σε Ευπαθείς και άλλες Κοινωνικές Ομάδες. Η πράξη συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ελλάδα και την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση (Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινωνικό Ταμείο) μέσω του Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος «Ανάπτυξη Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Εκπαίδευση και Δια Βίου Μάθηση 2014-2020». Οι υποτροφίες απευθύνονται σε επιμελείς φοιτητές των ΑΕΙ της χώρας και αποσκοπούν στη διασφάλιση της ισότιμης συμμετοχής στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση, αυτών που διαθέτουν χαμηλά εισοδήματα και ανήκουν σε Ευπαθείς και άλλες Κοινωνικές Ομάδες (ΕΚΟ), ώστε να ολοκληρώσουν έγκαιρα τις σπουδές τους. Η διαδικτυακή εφαρμογή του Υ.ΠΑΙ.Θ (https://iky-ypotrofies.it.minedu.gov.gr) για την ηλεκτρονική υποβολή αιτήσεων στο πλαίσιο της εν λόγω Πράξης θα είναι διαθέσιμη από την Τετάρτη 4 Δεκεμβρίου 2019 έως και την Παρασκευή 20 Δεκεμβρίου 2019 και ώρα 15.00, λόγω του ότι η αρμόδια Υπηρεσία του Υ.ΠΑΙ.Θ είναι επιφορτισμένη με τη διαδικασία υποβολής αιτήσεων για τις Μετεγγραφές ακαδ. έτους 2019/20. Πρόσκληση εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος για πρακτική άσκηση

Στην Επιτροπή Ανταγωνισμού, βάσει της παρ. 8 του άρθρου 21 του ν. 3959/2011 (Φ.Ε.Κ. 93/Α ́/20.04.2011), όπως ισχύει, μπορούν να απασχολούνται προς απόκτηση πρακτικής εμπειρίας στο νομικό ή οικονομικό τομέα του ελεύθερου ανταγωνισμού, για περίοδο που δεν μπορεί να υπερβαίνει τους έξι (6) μήνες, έως δέκα (10) νέοι επιστήμονες, οι οποίοι επιλέγονται προς τούτο με απόφαση της Ολομέλειας της Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού, χωρίς καμία οικονομική επιβάρυνση της Επιτροπής. Κατόπιν των ανωτέρω, καλούνται οι ενδιαφερόμενοι (απόφοιτοι) νέοι επιστήμονες – οικονομικής ή/και νομικής επιστήμης -, ιδίως εκείνοι με κατεύθυνση οικονομετρίας ή πληροφοριακών συστημάτων (data scientists) με εξειδίκευση στον χειρισμό και στην ανάλυση αλγορίθμων και τεχνικών μηχανικής μάθησης και γενικότερα τεχνικές τεχνητής νοημοσύνης, κατά προτίμηση βασισμένες σε οικονομικές και στατιστικές αρχές. να υποβάλλουν έως και την Παρασκευή, 29/11/2019 στην ηλ/κή διεύθυνση hr@epant.gr, σχετική αίτηση, η οποία θα συνοδεύεται από αναλυτικό βιογραφικό σημείωμα και αντίγραφα τίτλων σπουδών για δύο (2) διαθέσιμες θέσεις. More precisely, we are looking for a Front-End Developer with the following requirements: Role Overview The Front-End Developer role is ideal for an articulate, energetic and enthusiastic executive who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. The position is a key role of the software team for the development of admirable web and mobile applications by making digital magic happen. Responsibilities include translation of the UI design mockups to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application as a great user experience starts with a functional and attractive digital environment for users to explore. You will work as a liaison between the UI designers team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation and the back-end team, using semantic web technologies such as mark-up language [HTML5] and style sheet language [CSS3] to define how the application looks as well as how it works for paramount user experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Translate unique mockups to html [PSD to HTML]
  • Liaise efficiently with UI designer and back-end developer teams
  • Assure the technical workability of UI design wireframes
  • Code and libraries development for future reuse
  • Optimize web / mobile applications for ultimate speed and scalability
  • Front-end related suggestion enhancements
 
Qualifications & Skills Required Skills
  • Substantial knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and AJAX
  • Substantial knowledge of developing cross-platform / browser-compatible, dynamic web / mobile applications
  • Substantial knowledge in any front-end framework, preferably Bootstrap
  • Substantial knowledge of image authoring tools such as Photoshop or Gimp
  • Substantial knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery
  • Substantial technical and analytical skills with a passion about design
 
Desired Skills
  • Basic knowledge in server-side language, preferably PHP
  • Intermediate knowledge of open source Version Control Systems, preferably GIT
  • Intermediate knowledge in API usage and working with JSON and XML
  • Intermediate knowledge of mobile UI frameworks, such as jQuery Mobile
  • Intermediate knowledge of latest SEO techniques and ensuring that web / mobile applications will adhere to them
Working Experience and Education Guidelines
  • One [1] year minimum of working experience in similar position
  • Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and Greek language
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science is desirable but not mandatory

More precisely, we are looking for Hospitality Reservations Agents with the following requirements: Role Overview The Hospitality Reservations Agent role is ideal for an articulate, energetic and enthusiastic professional with leadership flair and ability to provide outstanding level of guest service to the guests of rapidbounce’s accommodation partners located in various domestic and international destinations. You should be passionate and flawless in any form of communication [e-mail or telephone] with the guests of our accommodation partners whereas you should present each property’s room types, facilities, services, location and layout in an astonishing manner. In addition, you should demonstrate issue-resolution attitude while you should be skillful in assisting and coaching the accommodation property owners. You should be efficient, extremely-organized and adaptable in order to carry out your day-to-day tasks in a timely manner with limited need for supervision. You should be skilled at multitasking and be able to collaborate productively with the Hospitality Team Leader on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Substantial knowledge of property’s characteristics such as room types, facilities, services and location
  • Substantial knowledge of the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
  • Process reservations by e-mail, telephone and facsimile
  • Ability to sell our properties beyond shadow of doubt in any form of communication to potential guests
  • Ability to cross-sell additional services of our properties beyond shadow of doubt in any form of communication to potential guests
  • Constant availability update of all distribution channels via channel manager and track future room availability on the basis of reservations volume
  • Process advance reservation deposits
  • Prepare letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations andmodifications
  • Respond prompt, precise and efficient in any form of communication with guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning new or existing reservations
  • Room allocation depending on reservation
  • Booking channels extranet management
  • Communication with booking channels e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, WebHotelier
  • Rates & Inventory Management
  • Answer and resolve first level hotel partner queries regarding booking channels, reservations and rates as well as availability issues
  • Manage the process of content and photo administration
  • Manage the process of contract and promotion administration
  • Responsible for the delivery of correct hotel information and pictures of newly registered hotels
  • Periodically health check of hotels’ statuses regarding the reservation system
Qualifications & Skills
  • Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively; ability to set expectations anddeliver information in a positive way
  • Highly organized, team and goal oriented with a very strong focus on process, trends, and root cause analysis
  • A problem-solver who can make independent decisions on behalf of supplier relationship management
  • Strong time management skills with attention to detail
  • Be a fast learner and diplomatic
  • Maintain and promote excellent client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to email and phone communications
  • Strong ability to multi-task while effectively communicating effectively and concisely
  • Maintain acceptable quality scores on all calls
  • Highly efficient internet and phone skills, MS Office programs and pc literate
  • Independently driven to learn new applications, technologies, and skills

Work Experience and Education Background
  • University level degree
  • Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English language
  • Certification in other languages would be considered as an asset
  • Travel industry background with customer service support experience is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in customer care position would be preferred
