We currently have an immediate need for a Receptionist. This position interfaces with clients, employees and guests. The receptionist will manage the reception area (main entry to building), answer all incoming phone calls and greet all guests. This position is the first point of contact with our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist guests or escort them to respective meeting room
  • Answer phone calls and transfer the call to the appropriate employees
  • Forward voice mail and make sure they get to the appropriate employees
  • Direct or reply to incoming emails
  • Sort and deliver faxes / courier packages
  • Keep track of meeting rooms reservations
  • Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby

  • Good command of spoken English
  • General Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
