CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting Facility Managers & Coordinators to join the team located in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively coordinating, implementing, and ensuring the quality of services to the Client site.

Role Summary:

  • Establish and maintain a high level of communication and rapport with internal teams, personnel
    and management
  • Facilitate the Client’s objectives and expectations from a Facilities perspective
  • Develop, maintain and deliver upon Account expansion plans
  • Conduct regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with the Client
  • Overview of the operating budgets, and deliver upon the contractual finance obligations
  • Support Commercial Objectives
  • Meet both CBRE and Customer Reporting requirements
  • Ensure that all Facilities within the office are operated and maintained in a cost-effective and safe
    condition, in accordance with the approved budget
  • Interface with the Customer’s Regional Management regarding the direction of financial,
    contract, and Customer strategies for the Facilities.
  • Communicate the operating philosophy, objectives and expectations to direct reports and
    vendors
  • Review and approve all expenditure for tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional
    Contract requirements
  • Develop & manage the annual Budget of the Client
  • Manage, direct and schedule day-to-day and long-range activities
  • Establish process performance metrics, track, analyse and report performance
  • Resolve problems and / or conflict and maintain open communication with the Customer
  • Manage Contractor specifications, problems / issues, performance and administration
  • Provide the Technical and Management direction for all Facility Management services
  • Assist in the acceptance phase of commissioning projects
  • Ensure that all deliverables are provided to a high standard
  • Support programs and projects as needed

Experience Required:

  • Facility management or building operations experience required – preferable in a corporate /
    commercial environment
  • Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Masters will be preferred
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong PC skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point and use of Document
    Management Systems
  • High level of Customer Service skills
  • Actively demonstrate customer experience management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Operational experience of health & safety
  • Able to interact with customers and others at all levels
  • Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative
  • Thinks analytically and methodically
