1. Executes the annual brand marketing plan and mix and implements specific brand activities
2. Develops and executes launch and re-launch plans as applicable.
3. Co-ordinates the local implementation of regional/global initiatives
4. Plans and supervises media and promotion plans, based on a thorough analysis of marketplace opportunities, competition, category performance and the company’s financial
5. Controls brand expenditure vs. budget, making adjustments in response to market conditions and overall company performance/priorities.
6. Acts as an interface and coordinate necessary activities between supply chain and sales departments in order to ensure effective execution of the brand
7. Possesses full P&L accountability for the assigned brand(s)
8. Keeps communication with the Brand’s Regional Team, shares local trends and performance and understands regional/global priorities that affect the local business
9. Identifies new business opportunities –liaising with local and international stakeholders- based on a thorough analysis of marketplace, competition, categoryEvaluates these opportunities through the development of a Business Case with financial projections, in line with the category strategy

1. Postgraduate degree from a top academic institution, preferably in Marketing or MBA
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience.
3. Good analytical and presentation skills.
4. Working experience in developing Traditional and Digital media campaigns will be considered an asset.
5. Fluent in English
6. Excellent MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

Πρόγραμμα Ευρωπαϊκής Εθελοντικής Υπηρεσίας στο Αμαράντε της Πορτογαλίας.

Για 4η συνεχή χρονιά το You in Europe έχει τη χαρά να ανακοινώσει ότι σε συνεργασία με τον Πορτογαλικό οργανισμό Aventura Marao Club Amarante αναζητεί 1 εθελοντή 18-25 ετών για το πρόγραμμα της Ευρωπαϊκής Εθελοντικής Υπηρεσίας EVS για ένα χρόνο, από τις 2 Φεβρουαρίου 2017 έως 1 Φεβρουαρίου 2018. Το πρόγραμμα θα διεξαχθεί στην πανέμορφη πόλη Αμαράντε, μισή ώρα μακριά από το Πόρτο.

Το  πρόγραμμα εθελοντισμού “COMPROMISSO SVE” έχει ως κύριο αντικείμενο την κοινωνική ενσωμάτωση και ενεργό συμμετοχή ατόμων της τοπικής κοινωνίας και κυρίως παιδιών και ηλικιωμένων. Εθελοντές από Σλοβενία, Ρουμανία, ελλ.αδα Φινλανδία, ΠΓΔΜ, και Ιταλία για 12 μήνες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να εργαστούν εθελοντικά σε τοπικά ιδρύματα και φορείς του Amarante, ενισχύοντας εκπαιδευτικές δομές και  κυρίως δραστηριότητες ελεύθερου χρόνου, συμμετέχοντας σε δράσεις που προωθούν την οργανική καλλιέργεια καθώς και την κινητικότητα των νέων. Μέσα από τις μεθόδους της μη τυπικής μάθησης θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να αναπτύξουν τις δεξιότητές τους και τα ταλέντα τους, να γνωρίσουν διαφορετικές κουλτούρες και πολιτισμούς και να αποκτήσουν πολύτιμα εφόδια για την προσωπική τους ανάπτυξη.

The Senior Cloud Engineer will contribute to the software development of the server side code for an innovative cloud IoT platform. The role of the Senior Cloud Engineer is to develop robust and scalable server-side software used in cloud applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Build, design and implement scalable server side code for cloud based applications
• Create robust high-volume production applications
• Build high-quality, reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the server-side software for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Develop applications for managing big data, services and infrastructure
• Design, build and deploy Relational and NoSQL DBMS on cloud architectures
• Work with other team members in order to clearly define integration endpoints and maintain modularity among various components
• Mentor junior engineers and highlight best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years working experience in object-oriented software development, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution
• Solid programming skills in Java, C++ and/or C# as well as object-oriented design concepts
• Working experience on REST APIs and serialization such as JSON
• Experience in database design
• Prior experience or interest in learning NoSQL database technologies
• Prior hands-on experience in developing and deploying micro-services solutions on cloud infrastructure
• Experience with event-based and message-driven distributed systems
