Ο Σύλλογος για την προστασία της θαλάσσιας χελώνας – ΑΡΧΕΛΩΝ  ιδρύθηκε το 1983 και είναι μη-κερδοσκοπικό σωματείο με αντικείμενο τη μελέτη και προστασία των θαλάσσιων χελωνών και των βιοτόπων τους. Οι δραστηριότητες του ΑΡΧΕΛΩΝ περιλαμβάνουν καταγραφή και προστασία των θαλάσσιων χελωνών στις σημαντικότερες περιοχές  ωοτοκίας στην Ελλάδα, παρακολούθηση και προτάσεις διαχείρισης των βιοτόπων τους,  λειτουργία δικτύου διάσωσης και κέντρου περίθαλψης τραυματισμένων και άρρωστων χελωνών καθώς και ενημέρωση και ευαισθητοποίηση του κοινού. Έχοντας αναπτύξει προγράμματα εθελοντικής συμμετοχής για την προστασία της φύσης, την περιβαλλοντική αγωγή των παιδιών καθώς και  συνεργασίες με δημόσιες και δημοτικές υπηρεσίες, Πανεπιστήμια και ερευνητικά ιδρύματα, φορείς διαχείρισης προστατευόμενων περιοχών,  άλλες περιβαλλοντικές οργανώσεις και ενδιαφερόμενες επιχειρήσεις, η Οργάνωση αποτελεί μια από τις σημαντικότερες πρωτοβουλίες για την περιβαλλοντική ευαισθητοποίηση και δράση στην Ελλάδα. Ταυτόχρονα, ο ΑΡΧΕΛΩΝ είναι δραστήριο μέλος σε ευρωπαϊκά, μεσογειακά και διεθνή περιβαλλοντικά φόρα, μετέχοντας σε συναντήσεις, δίκτυα και προγράμματα. Στα επόμενα χρόνια ο ΑΡΧΕΛΩΝ σχεδιάζει να συνεισφέρει με τη δράση του στην επίλυση προβλημάτων προστασίας και διατήρησης των θαλάσσιων χελωνών και των βιοτόπων τους σε στεριά και θάλασσα, ειδικότερα όσον αφορά τις προστατευόμενες περιοχές, τον παράκτιο και θαλάσσιο τουρισμό και αναψυχή, και την αλιεία. Στο πλαίσιο ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων του ο ΑΡΧΕΛΩΝ ζητά να καλύψει Θέση Υπευθύνου Διοίκησης.   Περιγραφή Θέσης: Ο/Η Υποψήφιος/Υποψήφια θα κληθεί να αναλάβει τους παρακάτω ρόλους: – Συμμετοχή στον Σχεδιασμό και στην υλοποίηση της Στρατηγικής της Οργάνωσης, μέσα από την παραγωγή και την παρακολούθηση Ετήσιων Προγραμμάτων Εργασίας – Προετοιμασία και συμμετοχή στις συνεδριάσεις Δ.Σ. και Ετήσιων Γενικών Συνελεύσεων – Άριστη συνεργασία με την Διοίκηση, υλοποίηση και επικοινωνία των αποφάσεων του Δ.Σ. – Εισήγηση, Συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση για θέματα Επιχειρησιακών Στόχων, Οικονομικής Διαχείρισης και Χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, παράγοντας Ετήσιες Αναφορές Υλοποίησης και Οικονομικό Απολογισμό στη Διοίκηση της Οργάνωσης -Σχεδιασμός Ετήσιας Αναφοράς Πεπραγμένων με αξιολόγηση των επιχειρησιακών στόχων και τον Ετήσιο Οικονομικό Απολογισμό – Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού της Οργάνωσης (Οργανόγραμμα, Ατομικοί Στόχοι, Αξιολόγηση και Ανάπτυξη Προσωπικού, Επικοινωνία και Συντονισμός των αντικειμένων) – Συντονισμός και επίλυση όλων των επιχειρησιακών αναγκών (διοικητικές, οικονομικές, νομικές) της Οργάνωσης – Παρουσία και Εκπροσώπηση σε ελληνικά και διεθνή φόρα για την προώθηση και την επικοινωνία των θέσεων του ΑΡΧΕΛΩΝ – Συνεργασία και συντονισμός των επιμέρους θεματικών της Οργάνωσης (Οικονομικό, Επιστημονικό, Διαχείρισης Προγραμμάτων, Ανάπτυξης Πόρων, Εθελοντών κ.α.) με βάση τις αρχές που διέπουν την λειτουργία της – Ενδυνάμωση των σχέσεων με κρατικούς και άλλους φορείς, ελληνικούς και διεθνείς, στο πλαίσιο άριστης συνεργασίας και εφαρμογής προγραμμάτων – Επιμέλεια επικοινωνίας με μέλη, φίλους και εθελοντές της Οργάνωσης   Προφίλ Υποψηφίου: – Ακαδημαϊκό Υπόβαθρο σε Περιβαλλοντικές Σπουδές (Βιολογία, Περιβάλλον, Οικολογία κ.α.) ή σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων (Management, Οικονομικά κ.α.) ή σε άλλο αντικείμενο (Νομική, Μηχανικοί κ.α.) – Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος Σπουδών στα παραπάνω αντικείμενα θα συνεκτιμηθεί – 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αρμοδιότητες που άπτονται της περιγραφής της θέσης, π.χ. ΓΕΝΙΚΑ ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ

1. Προετοιμασία αφίξεων, υποδοχή, διαχείριση επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους.
2. Έλεγχος ορθής λειτουργίας της μονάδας (διαχείριση υπηρεσίας πρωινού, προμηθειών, επίβλεψη καθαριότητας κτλ.).
3. Τήρηση λογαριασμών και αρχείου πελατών, διαχείριση κρατήσεων/ακυρώσεων (αρχειοθέτηση, τιμολόγηση κτλ.).
4. Διασφάλιση της απρόσκοπτης λειτουργίας του ξενοδοχείου με άμεση επέμβαση για την επίλυση πιθανών προβλημάτων ή δυσλειτουργιών του καταλύματος και παραπόνων των πελατών σε συνεννόηση με την Διεύθυνση.
