ΓΕΝΙΚΑ ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ
  1. Προετοιμασία αφίξεων, υποδοχή, διαχείριση επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους.
  2. Έλεγχος ορθής λειτουργίας της μονάδας (διαχείριση υπηρεσίας πρωινού, προμηθειών, επίβλεψη καθαριότητας κτλ.).
  3. Τήρηση λογαριασμών και αρχείου πελατών, διαχείριση κρατήσεων/ακυρώσεων (αρχειοθέτηση, τιμολόγηση κτλ.).
  4. Διασφάλιση της απρόσκοπτης λειτουργίας του ξενοδοχείου με άμεση επέμβαση για την επίλυση πιθανών προβλημάτων ή δυσλειτουργιών του καταλύματος και παραπόνων των πελατών σε συνεννόηση με την Διεύθυνση.
  5. Ανάπτυξη δικτύου πωλήσεων και διαχείριση της επικοινωνίας με ταξιδιωτικούς πράκτορες, wholesalers, τουριστικούς οργανισμούς και συνεργαζόμενα δίκτυα σχετικά με κρατήσεις μέσω τηλεφώνου, ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας, fax ή κεντρικού συστήματος κρατήσεων.
  6. Διαχείριση κρατήσεων, τιμών και προσφορών μέσω on-line booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Web Hotelier etc.).
  7. Διασφάλιση ότι ο χώρος της Υποδοχής είναι καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος.
  8. Παρακολούθηση επιμορφωτικών σεμιναρίων με σκοπό την ανάπτυξη κατάρτισης και εμπειρίας.
  9. Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση εκπαιδευόμενου προσωπικού σε συνεργασία με την Διεύθυνση.
  10. Κάθε άλλη ενέργεια σχετική με το αντικείμενο της εργασίας ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες.
ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ
  • Πτυχίο ελληνικής ή ξένης σχολής ιδανικά στα τουριστικά, την διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων ή άλλη συναφή σχολή.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση θα θεωρηθεί προσόν.
  • Άριστη Γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά).

Traineeship

The ECB’s traineeship programme offers you the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge you acquired during your studies and get a better understanding of what working for Europe entails. As a trainee you will gain an insight into the ECB’s activities and contribute to the ECB’s mission. The tasks performed by you as a trainee are supervised and vary according to the unit you join. Some examples include research, drawing up draft reports, compiling statistical data, performing operational tasks and participating in ad hoc studies.

Who can apply

Students, including PhD students, or recent graduates can apply for a traineeship.

Candidates should:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • be a national of a Member State of the EU or of an acceding country;
  • have completed at least a first cycle qualification (bachelor’s degree);
  • be fluent in English and in another official language of the EU.

Following their most recent qualification candidates should:

  • have a maximum of 12 months’ professional experience;
  • have been a trainee for no more than six months;
  • not have been an ECB trainee or have worked for the ECB previously.

Application process

If you would like to apply for a traineeship at the ECB then you should submit your application via our online recruitment system. Please upload any supporting documentation, i.e. letter(s) of recommendation from employers or professors, directly in the electronic application form. Before you apply, make sure you also read the general “How to apply” page. How to apply The selection process starts on the closing date of the vacancy notice and usually takes around three months, unless there is a very large number of applications (e.g. for specific traineeship programmes).
Please note: If you have been shortlisted you will receive a phone call from us to schedule a phone or Skype interview. Please make sure that we are able to reach you.
Interviews for traineeships take place via telephone or Skype. When the selection is completed, you will be informed by e-mail of the outcome. You will either:
  • receive a traineeship offer;
  • be notified that you are on a reserve list as you have been assessed as a suitable candidate;
  • be informed that your application has not been successful.
If you did not get an offer or are on a reserve list you may still apply for other traineeship vacancies.

Conditions, duration and trainee grant

1. Conditions

Trainees registered in this programme are subject to the rules governing the ECB traineeship programme. Traineeship programme

2. Duration

Unless differently stated in the vacancy notice, the contract runs for a period of three to six months. It can be prolonged once up to a total of twelve months. The Traineeship Programme is a way of getting to know the ECB and contributing to its tasks. We do not automatically offer contracts to the trainees once their contract ends. However, trainees can still apply for junior positions within the ECB.

3. Trainee grant

The trainee grant is the exact amount of €1,050 per month. The trainee grant is increased to €1,900 per month for trainees who have completed at least two years of PhD study and who apply for a traineeship vacancy that requires such a level of qualification.

Your team

You will be part of the Operational Risk and Business Continuity Management (ORM/BCM) team. We are a team of 17 colleagues responsible for developing and maintaining the ECB’s operational risk, business continuity and incident/crisis management policy frameworks, supervising their implementation, and providing methodological support to business areas on related matters. We coordinate bank-wide risk assessment updates and associated risk acceptance procedures as well as business impact analysis and business continuity testing activities. We also monitor and report on risk situations and high-impact incidents at the ECB and organise crisis management (CM) exercises, acting as the CM Support Team in crisis situations. We are currently working on the roll-out of an ORM/BCM software tool, which will serve as a repository for operational risk and business continuity related information. You will interact with risk coordinators and business continuity team leaders from all business areas of the bank. Your role

As a trainee you will:
  • support the maintenance of the internal system containing operational risk and business continuity related information;
  • support the maintenance of the existing external loss database and monitor the news to keep aware of external risks;
  • support the data maintenance of the ECB-wide mass notification tool and the associated testing;
  • contribute to the review of business impact analysis and threat analysis and related undertakings;
  • contribute to the annual risk update and the change management process in respect of business continuity requirements;
  • contribute to other activities such as benchmarking exercises, staff training and information campaigns.
The position offers you excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience of the operations of a second line of defence, both in handling non-financial risks and in fostering organisational resilience. In addition, you will be able to develop good analytical and strong communication skills by interacting with various stakeholders across the ECB. Qualifications, experience and skills

Essential:
  • a bachelor’s degree or higher in business or public administration, auditing, non-financial risk management, information technology or other relevant subject;
  • interest in operational risk management, business continuity and/or crisis management issues;
  • experience in analysing data and producing reports;
  • an advanced command of English and an intermediate command of at least one other official language of the EU.
Desired:
  • experience in the financial/ banking sector;
  • experience with VBA in MS Excel;
  • basic knowledge and understanding of the functioning of the ECB and the Single Supervisory Mechanism.
You are curious and eager to learn, and want to further develop your ability to analyse complex information. You are keen to collaborate with others, pursue team goals and learn from other people’s diverse perspectives. You strive to know and anticipate stakeholder needs, and will signal any need for change and propose alternative solutions.

Institutional Fundraising Officer

Candidates must have at least two (2) years of working experience in handling EU funded projects, especially in the identification of funding programs and submission of proposals. Applicants should be able to support the composition, submission and implementation of AAH’s funding proposals, in accordance to annual plans, budget and ActionAid’s scope. Monitoring the effective and successful implementation of EU funded programs/ projects, to ensure absolute alignment with AAH’s accountability principles is a key responsibility of the role. Attention to detail, time management, organizational and analytical skills are required. Enthusiasm, ability to collaborate with different cross-functional teams, as well as a good understanding of varied funding needs will be highly valued. Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles is required. Excellent command of the Greek and the English language, both oral and written is a mandatory prerequisite. ΘΕΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ: ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ/Η ΚΑΤΑΡΤΙΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΙΚΩΝ ΔΡΑΣΕΩΝ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΦΥΣΙΚΟ ΠΕΡΙΒΑΛΛΟΝ

Υπεύθυνος/η κατάρτισης και συμμετοχικών δράσεων για το φυσικό περιβάλλον

To WWF Ελλάς αναζητά συνεργάτη με ενθουσιασμό που θα στελεχώσει τoν τομέα πολιτικής για το φυσικό περιβάλλον. Ο τομέας πολιτικής για το φυσικό περιβάλλον επιδιώκει την επίτευξη ενός ολοκληρωμένου πλαισίου πολιτικής για τη φύση στην χώρα μας, το οποίο διασφαλίζει την προστασία σημαντικών οικοσυστημάτων και ειδών, ενώ παράλληλα προωθεί την ενσωμάτωση της διατήρησης της βιοποικιλότητας σε διάφορες τομεακές πολιτικές ως καίριο στοιχείο της μετάβασης σε μία ζωντανή οικονομία. Περιγραφή εργασίας  Ο /η υπεύθυνος/η κατάρτισης και συμμετοχικών δράσεων για το φυσικό περιβάλλον θα συμμετέχει σε προγράμματα και δράσεις που εντάσσονται στον τομέα πολιτικής για το φυσικό περιβάλλον και συγκεκριμένα στο έργο LIFE16 ΙPΕ/GR002 «LIFE IP 4 NATURA» αναλαμβάνοντας μεταξύ άλλων δράσεις χαρτογράφησης και κατάρτισης εμπλεκόμενων φορέων και των απόψεων τους. Η θέση περιλαμβάνει την υλοποίηση δράσεων κατάρτισης, καθώς και άλλες συμμετοχικές δράσεις της οργάνωσης σε διάφορες περιοχές της Ελλάδας με αντικείμενο τη διατήρηση της βιοποικιλότητας και συνολικότερα την προώθηση της προστασίας και διαχείρισης του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος. Ειδικότερα, ο/η συνεργάτης αναλαμβάνει:
  • τη χαρτογράφηση των εμπλεκόμενων φορέων που σχετίζονται με την προστασία της φύσης.
  • τον σχεδιασμό και την οργάνωση ομάδων εργασίας και focus groups σε επιλεγμένες περιοχές της χώρας για τη χαρτογράφηση των απόψεων και των αναγκών κατάρτισης των εμπλεκομένων.
  • τον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση δράσεων κατάρτισης (σε επιλεγμένες περιοχές της χώρας αλλά και ηλεκτρονικά)  σχετικά με την προστασία της φύσης.
  • τη διαμόρφωση του υλικού κατάρτισης.
Ο/η συνεργάτης επίσης θα συμμετέχει και θα συμβάλλει σε δράσεις επικοινωνίας και συμμετοχής πολιτών για την προστασία της φύσης του WWF Ελλάς. Θα συνεργάζεται με τους συνεργάτες του τομέα, άλλα στελέχη της οργάνωσης, εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και εταίρους άλλων προγραμμάτων στα οποία συμμετέχει η οργάνωση. Προφίλ υποψηφίου Ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α, θα πρέπει να διαθέτει:
  • Ενθουσιασμό και θετική διάθεση.
  • Δυνατότητα αποτελεσματικής εργασίας σε ομάδα.
  • Δυνατότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών εντός συγκεκριμένων προγραμμάτων, πρόβλεψης αναγκών αλλά και προσαρμογής με σκοπό την αποτελεσματική επίτευξη των στόχων που τίθενται.
  • Επικοινωνιακή ευχέρεια, άνεση και μεταδοτικότητα στον προφορικό λόγο.
  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα διαχείρισης του γραπτού λόγου.
  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας.
  • Ικανότητα στην έρευνα, ανάλυση, επεξεργασία και σύνθεση στοιχείων και πληροφοριών.
  • Ικανότητα συγγραφής αναφορών και εκθέσεων προόδου.
  • Ικανότητα τήρησης αυστηρών χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή/και μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα σε συναφές αντικείμενο (κοινωνικές, πολιτικές επιστήμες, περιβαλλοντικές σπουδές, κλπ).
  • Εξοικείωση με τις αρχές και τις πρακτικές της δια βίου μάθησης και της κατάρτισης ενηλίκων και ανάλογη εθελοντική ή εργασιακή εμπειρία.
  • Εξειδίκευση ή/και εμπειρία σε σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση συμμετοχικών δράσεων.
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές ικανότητες, με προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, γραπτά και προφορικά.
  • Δυνατότητα συχνών και πολυήμερων μετακινήσεων εντός και εκτός Ελλάδας.
  • Δυνατότητα άμεσης έναρξης εργασίας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση των προγραμμάτων MS Office.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.
Επιθυμητά προσόντα
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέματα προστασίας και διαχείρισης του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος.
  • Γνώση ή ικανότητα γρήγορης εκμάθησης των βασικών πολιτικών και της νομοθεσίας για τη διατήρηση της βιοποικιλότητας και την προστασίας της φύσης σε εθνικό και διεθνές επίπεδο.
  • Εμπειρία συμμετοχής σε ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα, τουλάχιστον 2 ετών.
  • Γνώση οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης βάσης δεδομένων.
  • Γνώση προγραμμάτων επεξεργασίας οπτικοακουστικού υλικού (Photoshop, illustrator, κλπ).
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα διαχείρισης περιεχομένου (CMS, Content Management Systems) (ανάρτηση υλικού σε ιστοσελίδες).
Χαρακτηριστικά θέσης Η θέση αφορά πλήρη απασχόληση, με έδρα στην Αθήνα.  Απαιτεί πολλά και πολυήμερα ταξίδια κυρίως στην Ελλάδα και ίσως και στο εξωτερικό. Πέραν των τακτικών αποδοχών, και της κάλυψης των άμεσων εξόδων που προκύπτουν λόγω της εργασίας, παρέχεται ιδιωτική ασφάλιση και –εάν απαιτείται- κάλυψη μέρους των εξόδων μετεγκατάστασης. Διαδικασία αίτησης Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να υποβάλλουν το βιογραφικό τους σημείωμα και μία συνοδευτική επιστολή στο hrnature@wwf.gr μέχρι τις 19 Ιανουαρίου 2018. Τόσο το βιογραφικό όσο και η συνοδευτική επιστολή πρέπει να υποβληθούν στα ελληνικά και στα αγγλικά, και να καλύπτουν ξεκάθαρα όλα τα αντικείμενα που αναφέρονται παραπάνω σχετικά με το προφίλ του υποψήφιου.
