The program

Our graduate program provides a challenging and rewarding experience where you get to spend 12 months in an evolving international business. An experience where your efforts really matter for our clients, end-customers, for Intrum, for society and most importantly – for yourself. The program is designed in three modules where you’ll work in different departments, diverse teams, build your network and develop your skills and knowledge. Exploring and contribution are key. You’ll have the opportunity to gain experiences and insights both from our daily business and from specific projects. During the second module you will spend two months abroad in one of our organisations to gain new perspectives and meet new people. The program will start the 1st of September 2020.  

A meaningful development

To make an impact, your learning is essential. That’s why you’ll be supported both by a dedicated personal mentor and by your manager. Your learning plan will be designed to meet your specific ambitions and needs. In-between the modules you and your Next Generation colleagues will get together for common training where you will learn more about personal leadership and develop your leadership and specialist skills. Apart from individual assignments you and the other graduates will also get common assignments to practice team and problem-solving skills during the common trainings.

Sales Representative: Islander (Temporary Position)

Islanders – A high impact project for our business and talent

For several years, Diageo Hellas has been successfully running an extended seasonal coverage program through our complementary Sales force (called ‘Islanders’) in major touristic areas across Greece. Basic purpose is to effectively manage and develop selected outlets on designated islands, where the Islander will be temporarily based, in order to deliver the commercial KPIs and brand building objectives expressed in the commercial plan, with the support of their line manager.

Main accountabilities include agreements and follow up on orders from the customers, relationship management and sales drivers’ activation: visibility, promotion (execution and evaluation of events), persuasion (introduction of Diageo new products or brands to customers, building of interpersonal relations, product training), quality (products’ perfect appearance, evaluation of unbranded demand, perfect serve training on premise staff), distribution and price.

The duration of the program is typically around seven months, starting end of February to beginning of March.

A permanent contract can be offered upon completion of the project, depending on great performance in the role and available positions at the time.

The Greek EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice is the leader in Greece and South-East Europe in professional financial advisory services market. Within TAS, the Transaction Support team aims to assist clients, both private equity firms and corporate clients, throughout the whole transaction process. Whilst traditional financial due diligence is a key element of the service, transaction support is much broader, incorporating assistance with business plan assessment, including support to the transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration. Restructuring services team aims to assist clients facing difficulties in debt servicing or meeting liquidity requirements.
