We are currently seeking talented candidates to join our team as Consulting Professionals across a range of experience levels, from recent university graduates to professionals with up to eight years of experience.
As a
Consulting professional with OCTANE, you will be involved in large-scale projects for key players in the private and public sectors in Greece and abroad. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Data gathering on markets, competitors and customers through database and Internet searches, primary market research and other commercial reports
- Execution of structured strategic and financial analyses both as part of client projects as well as for surveys and internal purposes
- Analysis of financial and operational sectoral and company data
- Support in the preparation of client presentations and other deliverables in Greek and English under the guidance of senior OCTANE team members
- Mapping, benchmarking and optimization of company organizational structures, processes, policies, reports and key performance indicators
- Daily interaction with client staff
- Planning and execution of project work packages under the guidance of the OCTANE senior team
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree from a leading Greek or international institution in finance, economics, management, engineering, science or mathematics
- An MBA or other relevant Graduate degree is highly desirable
- Work or internship experience in a consulting, business analysis or finance role will be greatly considered
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel (knowledge of MS Project, MS Access, MS Visio or other relevant process mapping / business intelligence software will be a plus)
- Fulfillment of Military service obligation for male candidates
- Excellent analytic, quantitative and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Outstanding command of Greek and business English, both written and verbal
- Energy, drive, professionalism, speed and reliability
- A clear sense of accountability and good judgment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in teams and collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to conduct complex tasks and deliver professional, error-free results within tight deadlines
