We are looking for a passionate Software Testing Engineer to join our team

Job Description:
  • Analyse system and software requirements
  • Develop Test Plans and Procedures
  • Create scenarios/scripts and execute test cases
  • Identify, document and troubleshoot root cause of defects found during testing
  • Participate in formal Reviews and other Verification and Acceptance activities
  • Install, configure, integrate and validate software systems in their operational environment
  • Troubleshoot operational and customer reported issues
  • Assist in the maintenance of technical manuals
Basic Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems/Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Software Testing
  • Experience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and Computer Networks.
  • Familiarity with general purpose test equipment for the integration and test of hardware and software products
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (requirements, design, implementation and test)
  • Familiarity with software architecture, systems engineering, software integration, verification and validation ➢ Software programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Javascript, Python, C, Java
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-disciplined and able to organize own work based on priorities
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively within the project teams (respect schedule, report progress, obstacles, difficulties etc.)
  • Strong and thorough verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and able to work under time pressure
  • Ability to learn new technologies and enhance his/her skills quickly

As a…   DEDICATED CUSTOMER PROFESSIONAL with French In our Budapest office, you will become one of the primary faces of F&L to our customers. You will manage the Order to Cash process in coordination with a number of connected functions. Our teams handle everything from setting up customers in our systems, order placing and follow up with our delivering locations worldwide, customers’ communication, billing, payment collection and bookings to customer accounts.   You will:
  • Act as a central point for all relevant functions, such as supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, sales and external partners
  • Be responsible for your customer portfolio from order placement until the delivery has been made
  • Support and troubleshoot mainly logistic issues of your customers
  • Build strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
  • Active communication with different departments (Customers, Sales, Sales Operations, Internal CS contacts, Operations, Treasurer’s Credit, Controllers)
  • Use systems like SAP and CRM on daily basis
  • Use email as the primary way of communication with customers (just 20% of your time will be on the phone)
  • Meet your customers occasionally
  • Have regular trainings and team meetings
  • Be involved in various company projects (around 10% of your time)
Your profile:
  • University degree
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
  • Customer Focus, attention to details, prioritization skills, be a great teammate with the ability to work independently
  • Good Issue Diagnosis and Resolution skills
  • Ability to work in multinational environment and to balance strategic and operational aspects of role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP and Work experience in customer service is an advantage
