Position Summary The Supply Chain Operations Associate will play an active role in the daily operations of the Commercial Department, in order to ensure the timely arrival and preparedness of vehicles for delivery to our customers. The role is for a self-motivated, resourceful and proactive person, able to plan efficiently and problem solve under pressure that will own the smooth operation of the Supply Chain and improve the lives of customers, colleagues, and partners. Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the direct point of contact for partners and internal clients regarding sourcing and contracting execution
  • Leading the cross-functional and partner management activity including purchase orders, payments, and operational coordination
  • Maintaining and improving on process and fleet documentation
  • Supporting the sourcing process by documenting offers, orders, and vehicle movements
  • Ensuring consistent information flow across functions
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance from a top-tier university
  • Master’s degree in the Supply Chain Management or in a relevant discipline will be considered as an asset
  • Up to 1 year professional experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork mentality

  • Counseling Outplacement participants about the psychological effects of job loss and how best to prepare for looking for a new job
  • Leading career counselling and transition projects as well as assessment centers
  • Preparing progress reports on behalf of clients,
  • Keep track of documents (contracts, business agreements, data protection agreements, participants’ CV sending and specific openings) Execute commercial planning, creating contacts and developing networking pillars
  • Support Risesmart in other ad hoc projects (if/when needed)
requirements The minimum requirements needed for the HR Consultancy Advisor is
  • University and/or Master Degree
  • Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
  • 5 years’ experience (highly preferred) in a similar role/tasks
  • Experience in a fast paced sales driven organization or an HR department with downsizing or restructuring
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
  • You are targets driven and ​thrive on​ the pressure of meeting and driving results
  • You have business understanding & technical aptitude

responsibilities Being a Recruitment Consultant in the Life Sciences specialism, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Execute complex sourcing strategies in order to make a complete and varied candidate pipeline; evaluate skill level and conduct interviews, schedule hiring team interviews and consult for the final selection of candidates by clients.
  • Make complete recruiting plans, attracting qualified candidates in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Provide clients and candidates high-touch experience via Randstad’s tech tools, like Video Interviews, Online Recruitment chat, from the first to the final recruiting stage.
  • Create long-lasting relationships both with candidates and clients as their trusted advisor, thus creating ongoing opportunities.
  • Client and account management to include business development, offers, negotiating, onboarding, etc.
  • Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, and market conditions and share on various platforms
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals and expectations
