Η θέση
- 5 περίπου καταστήματα περνάνε από τα χέρια σου! Φροντίζεις για τη διαχείρισή τους. Ενημερώνεσαι για τις ανάγκες τους. Στέκεσαι δίπλα στους ανθρώπους σου σε κάθε περίπτωση.
- Επιλέγεις την ομάδα σου. Τη χτίζεις και την παρακινείς. Και δεν είναι μικρή. Είναι περίπου 100 άτομα. Χάρη σε σένα εξελίσσεται και μαθαίνει σωστά.
- Βάζεις στόχους. Αλλα δε σταματάς εκεί. Δείχνεις και το πως θα πραγματοποιηθούν. Για όλα τα καταστήματα σου, με βάση ξεκάθαρους επιχειρηματικούς δείκτες. Έτσι, δεν χάνεις ούτε έναν από αυτούς. Δε φοβάσαι την αλλαγή, αντίθετα, την επιδιώκεις.
- Ροές, διαδικασίες, εταιρικές οδηγίες, νομοθεσία: ξέρουμε ότι δε σου ξεφεύγει τίποτα!
- Η περιοχή σου πάντα ξεχωρίζει: όλα κινούνται ρολόι, υποστηρίζεις τους Διευθυντές/ριες Καταστημάτων όπου χρειάζεται, ο φούρνος και η μαναβική μας είναι σε τέλεια κατάσταση, όλοι ξέρουν τις νέες οδηγίες και αλλαγές.
Είσαι αυτό που ψάχνουμε;
- Έχεις ανώτατες σπουδές σχετικές με τα Οικονομικά ή τη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
- Αν έχεις ξαναδουλέψει στο εμπόριο και μάλιστα σε θέση ευθύνης, τότε μιλάμε για άλλο level!
- Οδηγείς και δε σε τρομάζουν οι μετακινήσεις, ξέρεις ότι θα μοιράζεις το χρόνο σου από κατάστημα σε κατάστημα.
- Μιλάς καλά Αγγλικά.

- Αρχικός μηνιαίος μικτός μισθός στα 2.660€. Το πλάνο μας όμως είναι σχεδιασμένο έως και 4 χρόνια μετά, που θα φτάσεις στα 4.300€ μικτά.

Σημείωσε ακόμα, ότι η πόλη που θα βρεθείς για την εκπαίδευσή σου μπορεί να είναι διαφορετική από την περιοχή που τελικά θα αναλάβεις.
- Το δικό σου εταιρικό αυτοκίνητο με τη δική σου κάρτα καυσίμων. Και ναι, μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιείς και εκτός δουλειάς!

ΣΥΝΤΟΝΙΣΤΗΣ ΔΙΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΗΣ ΕΣΟΔΩΝ – ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ
Συντονιστής Διασφάλισης Εσόδων
- Πραγματοποιεί αναλύσεις και συμφωνίες των εσόδων των διοδίων.
- Ελέγχει το σύστημα είσπραξης διοδίων, αναλύει τις διακυμάνσεις των εσόδων και προετοιμάζει σχετικές αναφορές.
- Υποστηρίζει τη διαδικασία ελέγχου, διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση με όλες τις πολιτικές και τα συστήματα της εταιρείας.
- Συμμετέχει στο σχεδιασμό, την ανάπτυξη και την εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών ελέγχου εσόδων.
- Συντονίζει τους ελέγχους συμμόρφωσης των Σταθμών Εξυπηρέτησης Αυτοκινητιστών (ΣΕΑ) και πραγματοποιεί συμφωνίες μεταξύ των απαιτήσεων των ΣΕΑ και των εισπράξεων.
- Πτυχίο Ανώτατου Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος στον κλάδο των Οικονομικών με κύρια κατεύθυνση τη Λογιστική
- Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος Σπουδών σε σχετικό τομέα, θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
- 3–5 χρόνια προηγούμενης σχετικής εμπειρίας στα εξής: Έλεγχος Οικονομικών Μεγεθών , Ανάλυση & Συμφωνία Δεδομένων
- Έμπειρος χρήστης του MS Office
- Η πλήρης γνώση του MS Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, συναρτήσεις κλπ.) θα προτιμηθεί
- Άριστη χρήση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
