4i Accounting, a boutique Tax Advisory and Accounting firm located in Athens (Syngrou Avenue) searches for an Accountant.
The accountant will be responsible for updating accounting records, reconciliation procedures, accounting reviews and preparation of reports as part of our accounting & tax team, dedicated to provide compliance and support services to our clientele.
The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of accounting principles, familiarized with Greek Income Tax & VAT provisions, hands-on and team player attidute, able to work under limited supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of Financial/Accounting Reports
- Post and process of journal entries, ensuring that financial records are accurate and timely
- Performing MyDATA reviews
- Performing General Accounting reviews
- Performing Month-End accounting procedures
- Compile and analyze Financial Statements
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses
Qualifications, Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree in Accounting (University or Technical Institute)
- 1-3 Years of working experience in accounting firm environment
- Excellent command of English and Greek language
- Excellent writing skills in English and Greek language
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to work under limited supervision
