Πώς αξιολογούμε τις αιτήσεις;

Εφόσον συμπληρώσετε την αίτηση πρακτικής άσκησης και μας αποστείλετε το βιογραφικό σας, αξιολογούμε την αίτησή σας και άμεσα σας καλούμε σε μια συνάντηση γνωριμίας. Στη συνάντηση γνωριμίας θα συζητήσουμε το βιογραφικό, τις εμπειρίες σας και το ενδιαφέρον σας για την πρακτική άσκηση. Μας ενδιαφέρει να σας γνωρίσουμε καλύτερα, να μάθουμε τις δεξιότητες και τα ενδιαφέροντά σας, ώστε να διαπιστώσουμε τι θα σας ωφελήσει περισσότερο κατά την πρακτική. Θα απαντήσουμε σε όποιες απορίες τυχόν έχετε σχετικά με τις δραστηριότητες του οργανισμού, το περιβάλλον εργασίας αλλά και τα εργαλεία δουλειάς που χρησιμοποιούμε. Μετά τη συνάντησή μας, αξιολογούμε σε δεύτερο βαθμό την αίτησή σας με αξιοκρατικά κριτήρια και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα. Αποφασίζουμε σύμφωνα πάντα με τις ανάγκες του οργανισμού.
