Δράση κατάρτισης και απασχόλησης του ΣΕΒ για στελέχη εξαγωγών
Στόχος της πρωτοβουλίας είναι να προετοιμάσει νέα στελέχη εξαγωγών με πρακτικές γνώσεις και δεξιότητες για το σύνολο της εξαγωγικής διαδικασίας μιας επιχείρησης, προσφέροντάς τους παράλληλα ευκαιρίες επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης. Η δράση περιλαμβάνει:
  • Την ανάπτυξη τεχνικών και ήπιων δεξιοτήτων, με ένα πρόγραμμα 112 διδακτικών ωρών, το οποίο συνδυάζει την πρακτική με τη θεωρητική κατάρτιση και σχεδιάστηκε, σε συνεργασία με την Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση, με βάση τα αποτελέσματα έρευνας που πραγματοποίησε ο ΣΕΒ σε εξαγωγικές επιχειρήσεις-μέλη του.
  • Συμβουλευτική & Mentoring.
  • Εκπόνηση ενός Export Strategy Plan για ένα προϊόν ή μια υπηρεσία, το οποίο θα αξιολογηθεί από στελέχη επιχειρήσεων.
  • Ευκαιρίες απασχόλησης διάρκειας τουλάχιστον έξι μηνών έναντι ανταγωνιστικού μισθού σε εξαγωγικές επιχειρήσεις-μέλη του ΣΕΒ, σε συμμετέχοντες που θα ολοκληρώσουν επιτυχώς το πρόγραμμα  (παρακολούθηση άνω του 80% των διδακτικών ωρών κάθε θεματικής ενότητας και αξιολόγηση άνω του 50% στο Export Strategy Plan).

Προϋποθέσεις συμμετοχής

Η πρωτοβουλία απευθύνεται σε άτομα από όλη την Ελλάδα που έχουν μικρή ή καθόλου προϋπηρεσία στον τομέα των εξαγωγών. Απαιτούμενα προσόντα
  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης Οικονομικής, Νομικής ή Πολιτικής Επιστήμης (ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων,  Marketing, Διεθνείς και Ευρωπαϊκές Σπουδές, Νομική,  Πολιτικές Επιστήμες κ.α.)
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών (επίπεδο Proficiency).
Πρόσθετα προσόντα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας

Διαδικασία Συμμετοχής

1.Ηλεκτρονική υποβολή αιτήσεων.  Οι αιτήσεις υποβάλλονται ηλεκτρονικά εδώ έως και τις 23 Οκτωβρίου. Με την υποβολή της αίτησης συνυποβάλλονται ως επισυναπτόμενα αρχεία:
  • Αναλυτικό βιογραφικό σημείωμα (στα αγγλικά),
  • Πιστοποιητικό Proficiency
  • Σύντομη επιστολή 300-500 λέξεων εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος συμμετοχής στην πρωτοβουλία (Letter of Intent). Στην επιστολή, που θα πρέπει να είναι στην αγγλική γλώσσα, θα εξηγούνται οι λόγοι για τους οποίους οι υποψήφιοι επιθυμούν να λάβουν μέρος στην πρωτοβουλία, καθώς και τα οφέλη που προσδοκούν ότι θα αποκομίσουν από τη συμμετοχή τους σε αυτήν.

Οι συνεντεύξεις θα πραγματοποιηθούν το διάστημα 18 με 27 Οκτωβρίου. 3.Κατάρτιση: Η κατάρτιση θα πραγματοποιηθεί διαδικτυακά από τις 30 Οκτωβρίου έως τις 22 Δεκεμβρίου και ώρες 17:00-20:00 από την Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση και με τη συμβολή της DK Consultants group. Το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα 112 διδακτικών ωρών  σχεδιάστηκε κατόπιν έρευνας του ΣΕΒ και σε συνεργασία με την Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση και περιλαμβάνει τις εξής ενότητες (για το αναλυτικό πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης βλ. εδώ):

Kατά τη διάρκεια της κατάρτισης, στελέχη επιχειρήσεων θα παρουσιάσουν πραγματικά παραδείγματα επιτυχημένων εξαγωγικών πρακτικών (case studies) για διαφορετικά προϊόντα και κλάδους της οικονομίας. Επίσης,  θα πραγματοποιηθούν επισκέψεις σε επιχειρήσεις. 4.Εκπόνηση ενός Export Strategy Plan για ένα προϊόν ή μια υπηρεσία, το οποίο θα αξιολογηθεί από στελέχη επιχειρήσεων. 5.Εργαστήρια συμβουλευτικής επαγγελματικής σταδιοδρομίας. 6.Απασχόληση: Θα προσφερθούν ευκαιρίες απασχόλησης για διάστημα τουλάχιστον έξι μηνών από εξαγωγικές επιχειρήσεις-μέλη του ΣΕΒ σε συμμετέχοντες που θα ολοκληρώσουν επιτυχώς το πρόγραμμα (παρακολούθηση άνω του 80% των διδακτικών ωρών κάθε θεματικής ενότητας του προγράμματος κατάρτισης και επίδοση άνω του 50% στο Export Strategy Plan).  Πάροχοι Κατάρτισης Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση Η Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση ιδρύθηκε το 1957.   • Διοργανώνει συνέδρια και workshops για επίκαιρα κοινωνικά, οικονομικά, τεχνολογικά ζητήματα και προκλήσεις κλπ.
  • Παρουσιάζει ετήσιο πρόγραμμα εκθέσεων, συναυλιών, θεατρικών παραστάσεων, προβολών ταινιών και διαλέξεων, οι οποίες είναι δωρεάν για το κοινό.
  • Αναπτύσσει και προσφέρει μαθησιακούς πόρους, όπως εκπαιδευτικά βιβλία και ψηφιακό διδακτικό υλικό.
  • Λειτουργεί ως κοινωνικά υπεύθυνος φορέας, τόσο σε τοπικό όσο και σε εθνικό επίπεδο, προσφέροντας, για παράδειγμα, δωρεάν σεμινάρια κατάρτισης σε καθηγητές ξένων γλωσσών και δωρεάν εργαστήρια καλών τεχνών για τα παιδιά.
  • Συμμετέχει σε ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα  που αφορούν την ενίσχυση ικανοτήτων και δεξιοτήτων ευάλωτων κοινωνικών ομάδων ή εργαζομένων σε συγκεκριμένους κλάδους.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:
  • Απόφοιτοι Οικονομικών σπουδών
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Γνώση χρήσης συστημάτων CRM
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις

Περιγραφή: Εμπορική εταιρεία, που δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της ναυτιλίας, ζητά να προσλάβει 2 άτομα για γραμματειακή υποστήριξη (back office) & τμήμα πωλήσεων. Αρμοδιότητες (γραμματεία):
  • Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας και τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
  • Τακτοποίηση & οργάνωση χώρου εργασίας
  • Υποστήριξη & συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας
  • Υποστήριξη & παροχή βοήθειας σε events/meetings
Αρμοδιότητες (τμήμα πωλήσεων):
  • Αξιολόγηση, σύνταξη και καταχώρηση προσφορών/παραγγελιών
  • Παρακολούθηση, εξέλιξη και διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιών
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες/προμηθευτές
  • Προσόντα υποψηφίων:
  • Απόφοιτος Οικονομικής Σχολής
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (κάτοχος Proficiency, επιθυμητό)
