What we are looking for:

• Experience in Financial reporting, including analysis and redesign of chart of accounts, financial statements, management reporting and financial reporting standards (e.g. IFRS)
• Experience in Consolidation and Reporting tools (i.e. Oracle HFM, SAP BPC)
• Experience or understanding of the Accounting cycle and relevant processes
• Experience in documentation of business requirements in relation to the implementation of a system will be highly appreciated
• 3 to 6 years of experience with finance functions
• Finance and management consulting experience will be regarded positively
• Bachelor or master degree from a leading local or overseas university
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA) will be regarded positively
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English
• A confident and positive attitude and passion for providing excellent quality work, building relationships, working in diverse teams and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Economic, Public Policy or Legal Sciences
• Advanced Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written & spoken)

What we are looking for

• At least three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Excellent academic background from a top-tier university with a background in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Physics or relevant discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and MS-Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
• Strong organization skills, solid time management and the ability to multi-task. At least a basic knowledge of project management fundamentals is also expected.
• Experience in assessing, improving and designing business processes, internal controls and other operating model elements.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.

Πρεμιέρα για τον 6ο κύκλο επιτάχυνσης του CapsuleT από το ΞΕΕ

Ποιες είναι οι νέες ομάδες; Τις νέες startup ομάδες που κατάφεραν να συγκεντρώσουν την υψηλότερη βαθμολογία και να επιλεγούν από την Κριτική Επιτροπή Αξιολόγησης & Καθοδήγησης ώστε να ενταχθούν στον 6ο κύκλο του Προγράμματος Επιτάχυνσης (Σεπτέμβριος 2023 – Φεβρουάριος 2024), υποδέχθηκε στις εγκαταστάσεις του, ο επιταχυντής του ΞΕΕ CapsuleT Travel & Hospitality Accelerator την περασμένη Τρίτη, 5 Σεπτεμβρίου. Στην εναρκτήρια εκδήλωση του 6ου κύκλου, σε ένα ξεχωριστό δια ζώσης “Welcoming Event”,  πρώτος καλωσόρισε τις startups επί σκηνής ο Πρόεδρος του Ξενοδοχειακού Επιμελητηρίου Ελλάδος, κ. Αλέξανδρος Βασιλικός τονίζοντας ότι : «Στην διάρκεια των 4 χρόνων λειτουργίας του επιταχυντή έχουμε τη χαρά να δούμε σημαντικά νούμερα ως προς τον αριθμό των συμμετεχόντων startup ομάδων και των επιτευγμάτων τους σε σχέση με την δημιουργία νέων θέσεων εργασίας, την ραγδαία ανάπτυξη δικτύου συνεργατών και πελατολόγιου τους αλλά και την ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών μεταξύ CapsuleT και φορέων του ευρύτερου οικοσυστήματος του τουρισμού και της καινοτομίας. Βλέπουμε να αναπτύσσεται και να εξελίσσεται μια ζωντανή και δυναμική κοινότητα, η οποία αναδεικνύει τα ταλέντα των νέων ανθρώπων της χώρας, την καινοτόμα σκέψη και τη στενή συνεργασία μέσα από συνέργειες μεταξύ startup οικοσυστήματος, ξενοδόχων, τουριστικών εκπροσώπων, τοπικών ενώσεων. Εξαιρετικά επίκαιρο παράδειγμα ήταν η κινητοποίηση της νικήτριας εταιρίας του 2023 του CapsuleΤ,  Deliverback για την συνεργασία της με το ΞΕΕ και την Ένωση Ξενοδόχων Ρόδου για την επιστροφή αποσκευών στους μεμονωμένους τουρίστες οι οποίοι αναγκάστηκαν να εκκενώσουν το νησί. –  και κρατικών φορέων όπως το Υπουργείο Τουρισμού και τον ΕΟΤ». Ο Πρόεδρος του ΞΕΕ κλείνοντας τον χαιρετισμό του, ευχαρίστησε τόσο την ομάδα του CapsuleT όσο και τα μέλη του Δ.Σ. του Ξενοδοχειακού Επιμελητηρίου Ελλάδος, αλλά και όλους τους χορηγούς, μέντορες και υποστηρικτές καθώς και την Κριτική Επιτροπή του νέου κύκλου για την ουσιαστική προσφορά τους. Την σκυτάλη πήρε η Διευθύντρια του CapsuleT, κα. Κατερίνα Σαριδάκη, όπου απευθυνόμενη στο κοινό ευχαρίστησε τους χορηγούς και τους στρατηγικούς συνεργάτες του επιταχυντή, αλλά και τις παλαιότερες startup ομάδες οι οποίες παρευρέθηκαν στην εκδήλωση και δήλωσε πως : «O CapsuleT δεν έχει απλά στόχο να ολοκληρώνει κύκλους και διαγωνισμούς και να προχωρά στο επόμενο πρόγραμμα, έχει κύριο σκοπό να χτίζει μια δυναμική συνεργατική κοινότητα όπου startups, ξενοδόχοι, επαγγελματίες τουρισμού και φορείς του τουριστικού και επιχειρηματικού χώρου να συμπορεύονται, να συζητούν και να συνεργάζονται μαζί για νέες λύσεις και δρόμους εξέλιξης. Παράλληλα, και όπως έχουμε αναφέρει και στο παρελθόν, πιστεύουμε ότι η εξωστρέφεια μέσω τόσο των συμμετοχών μας σε σημαντικές διεθνείς διοργανώσεις τουριστικών εκθέσεων όπως η WTM London, Fitur Madrid και ITB Berlin όσο και οι συνεργασίες με φορείς και δίκτυα του εξωτερικού, θα μας οδηγήσουν στον μεγαλύτερο στόχο μας, στην αναγνώριση της χώρας μας ως ένα hub καινοτόμων λύσεων για τον κλάδο μας». Μετά τις εισηγήσεις, τον λόγο πήραν οι startups που εντάχθηκαν στο πρόγραμμα, οι οποίες είχαν την ευκαιρία να παρουσιάσουν συνοπτικά την επιχειρηματική τους πρόταση στα μέλη της κοινότητας του CapsuleT που βρίσκονταν στον χώρο. Βασικό μέρος της εν λόγω εκδήλωσης ήταν, φυσικά, η γνωριμία και η δια ζώσης πρώτη επαφή των νέων ομάδων με εκπροσώπους της πολιτείας και του Ξ.Ε.Ε., με μέντορες & κριτές του προγράμματος, στρατηγικούς συνεργάτες & χορηγούς του επιταχυντή, αλλά και με άλλα μέλη του ελληνικού οικοσυστήματος τουρισμού, με τους οποίους αντάλλαξαν απόψεις, διασαφηνίζοντας παράλληλα το περιεχόμενο του 5μηνου προγράμματος.
